Operation Methods

Attention:

Be sure to recharge the batteries before use.

1. Method for 1st Time of Use & Connection
   Turn the PS4 console on. Connect the console and the gamepad via the USB cable. The light on Part 3 will light up at this time.

Press the H Button (PS button). When the backlight on Part 3 keeps on, the connection is finished.

Set users and press button to finish setting. Then unplug the USB cable and use the gamepad wirelessly.

Note: Please check whether the power of the gamepad is sufficient from your console before use. Recommend to charge the gamepad for 1 hour before use. After connected and used for a while, if the light on Part 3 flashes, you need to recharge the gamepad.

2. Method for 2nd Time of Use
   Press the H Button (PS button). The connection is automatically finished when the backlight on Part 3 keeps on. When the console is normally turned off and the screen is sleep, the gamepad can be directly woken up and connected to the console directly after the console is powered on. If  the connection fails, please check whether the console is turned on.

Note: During the pairing process of the gamepad and the PS4 console, please do not touch the sticks or buttons on the gamepad to avoid program  errors.
After connected, if a certain button of the gamepad is disordered, does not work, delays or stutters, please keep the gamepad turned on and use a pin or a sharp object to stab the Reset Button in the upper left corner. Then follow the operation steps to reconnect.

Troubleshooting

1. Sudden crash or not working
   A: Keep the gamepad turned on, use a pin or a sharp object to stab the Reset Button in the upper left corner.

2. Not compatible with the game
   A: If the game is not from your PS4 console, this may be related to the game software or game settings. If the game is from your PS4 console, please contact us for solution.

3. Hear nothing from the earphone
   A: First check whether the connected audio can be used on the PS4 console. Then try to turn on all audio output from the setting of the console.

4. Some buttons has no response
   A: It’s possibly caused by some game software or game settings.
   If there are any other problems, please contact our after-sales service team and get solutions at the first time.

The light bar on the touch pad does not glow on the CUH-ZCTI series.

Note: Commonly, the directional buttons and left stick control the direction; The right stick controls the view of user; Other buttons works correspondingly to their function. The actual function of the buttons may vary based on different games.
