Product Description
The Mini Chopper FC-5140 is a compact and powerful kitchen appliance that
allows you to chop, blend, puree, mix, and mince a variety of ingredients
quickly. It features a powerful 250W motor and is made of high-quality
stainless steel for better fit and results. The polished stainless steel
finish makes it resistant to daily scratches, bumps, corrosion, and

Product Usage Instructions
Before Using
- Take out the main body, bowl, and blade from the package.
- Unpack the inner package and clean the bowl, blade, and lid with edible detergent and clean water. Dry them up for use.
- Wipe up the outside of the main body with wet tissues.
Cleaning
The removable parts must be cleaned immediately after using. Follow these
steps:
- Clean up the stainless steel bowl and blade with clear water before using for the first time. Dry them up completely. Avoid leaking water into the main body.

Put the anti-slip rubber mat under the bowl. Carefully put the blade onto the fixed shaft. -

Cut ingredients into small pieces and add them into the bowl. -
Step 3:
Close the lid and place the main body onto the lid. Turn it slightly to secure it. -
Step 4
Plug in the chopper and press the start button to begin chopping.
Protection and Maintenance
After each use, clean the removable parts immediately. Ensure that the
blade and main body are fastened together securely. If the blade is obstructed
by food materials, switch off the power immediately, take out the materials,
and cut them into smaller pieces before continuing.

Q: Why is there an odor when I use the machine for the first few times?
A: The odor could be due to the carbon brush motor emitting a slight smell of burnt food during running or the rust-preventing oil on the new electric motor evaporating and generating an odor when the temperature of the motor increases. If the odor persists after multiple uses, please contact us for support. -
Q: Why does the machine automatically stop during use?
A: The machine may automatically stop due to low power voltage, temperature control being switched on (in which case, wait for 30 minutes before using again), or the blade being obstructed by food materials. If the blade is obstructed, switch off the power immediately, take out the materials, and cut them into smaller pieces before continuing. -
Q: Why is there abnormal vibration or loud noise during use?
A: Abnormal vibration or loud noise during use may be caused by the blade and main body not being fastened together properly or excessive materials being used. Ensure that the blade and main body are securely fastened and reduce the amount of food to be chopped after the power is cut off.

- Remove the plug fully from the mains supply socket when not in using
- Limit continuous use to 1 minute maximum. after 1 full minute of use, allow to cool for 1 minute. after 5 cycles of 1 minute use, 1 minute rest, allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- Ensure that all ancillaries are firmly fixed in place prior to use.
- The appliance is not to be used by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge, without appropriate supervision and instruction

Simple to Use

Cleaning:

- Unplug the cable, uninstall the machine.
- Clean up the uninstalled parts under the tap or in the warm water with detergent.
- Rinse the parts after cleaning and dry completely.
- Please be careful of the sharp blades during cleaning.
Caution:
Please do not soak the main body in any liquid. You can clean up the machine with wet cloth.Any cleaning materials, including abrasive, are forbidden to use for cleaning the machine.Please do not clean the main body in the dishwasher.
