IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:
- To protect against risk of electric shock do not put in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep hair, hands, fingers, or any other body part from coming into contact with the moving parts while the product is operating.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Send the appliance to a professional or service center for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
- Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper. A scraper may be used but only when the food chopper is not running.
- Blade is sharp. Handle carefully.
- To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
- Be certain cover is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
- Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
- Keep the power cord and product away from heated surfaces.
- Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
- Always ensure the cover is securely locked in place before operating the product.
- Do not plug or unplug the product into/from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
- To disconnect from an electrical outlet, ensure the product is off and then pull directly on the plug; do not pull on the Power Cord.
- Do not put any stress on the Power Cord connected to the product, as the Power Cord could fray and break.
- Always assemble the product completely before plugging it into an electrical outlet.
- Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, dropped or damaged, or the Motor Housing is dropped in or immersed in water. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Only qualified service personnel should perform any servicing; take the product to the appliance repair shop of your choice for inspection and repair.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets.This product is not intended for use by children. Extra caution is necessary when using this appliance near children.
- Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and all parts stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
- Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:
- The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product;
- If the product is of a 3-prong grounding type, the extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.

messages and designate a level of hazard seriousness.
This is the safety alert symbol. It alerts you to potential personal injury
hazards. Obey all safety messages that follow this symbol to avoid possible
injury or death.
DANGER - Indicates an imminently hazardous situation, which, if not
avoided, will result in death or serious injury. Usage of this signal word is
limited to the most extreme situations.
WARNING - Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not
avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
CAUTION - Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not
avoided, may result in minor/moderate injury.
NOTICE - Addresses practices not related to personal injury, such as
product and/or property damage.
WARNING: Handling the cord on this product will expose you to lead, a
chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, and birth defects
or other reproductive harm.
CAUTION– To reduce the risk of personal injury or product/property damage:
- This product is intended to be used for indoor, non-commercial, non-industrial chopping of foods for human consumption. Do not use the product outdoors or for any other purpose.
- Always place the product on a flat, level, stable surface.
- Do not allow the power cord to hang (e.g., over the edge of a table or counter) where it may be tripped over or pulled.

Using Your Food Chopper

Before first use, wash cover, bowl, and blade in hot, soapy water. Blade is sharp; handle carefully. Rinse and dry.

Make sure chopper is unplugged. Lock bowl onto base by turning counterclockwise. See illustration

Place blade in bowl over center shaft. Blade is sharp; handle carefully.

Place food in bowl.

Place cover on bowl and turn cover counterclockwise to lock. See illustration.

Plug into electrical outlet. Press the LO or HI Pulse button to process. To turn off, release the button. Do not remove cover until blade has stopped turning.

Remove cover. Unlock bowl by turning clockwise. Remove bowl from the base. Carefully remove blade. Blade is sharp; handle carefully.
IF CHOPPER DOES NOT START: Review the previous steps to make sure the bowl and cover are both in the locked positions.
Chopping Tips
- The bowl has a capacity of 3 cups. For liquid ingredients. Do not exceed 3 cups (MAX LIQUID FILL line on bowl).
- For more control, process by pressing the LO or HI Pulse button briefly then releasing. Check consistency and continue if desired.
- Tear bread into pieces, then process to make bread crumbs. Break crackers or cookies into pieces, then process into crumbs for use as recipe ingredients or pie crusts.
- To chop carrots, celery, mushrooms, green peppers, or onions, cut them into 1-inch chunks and place in a bowl. This will result in more uniform consistency.
- Chop nuts; mince parsley, basil, chives, or garlic. Puree small amounts of cooked fruit or vegetables for baby food or use as a base for sauces or soups.
- Do not process coffee beans, baking chocolate, or whole, hard spices in the food chopper. This could damage the chopper.

- Meat, Chopped Cut 300g into 20~25mm block , Pulse on15 s.
- Carrot, Chopped Cut 200g into 20~25mm block , Pulse on 30 s.
Care and Maintenance
WARNING: To avoid the risk of electric shock, always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling, relocating, servicing, or cleaning it.
WARNING: Handle the Blades with care as they are extremely sharp. Use caution when attaching, detaching, cleaning, or storing the Blades.
- Always clean the product immediately after each use.
- Wash the Cover, Container Bowl, and the Blades in warm, soapy water; rinse and let dry.
- Clean the Base by wiping it with a damp cloth. To avoid product damage, do not immerse the Base into water or other liquids.
- To avoid damage to the product, do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product parts.
- Reassemble the product before placing it into storage. (Reference the “To Assemble” section.) Store the product in a cool, dry place.
