Mains T8 MasterConnect LEDtube Light
- The product is dimmable by wireless control. DO NOT use a wall dimmer.
- Operate with ElectroMagnetic (EM) ballasts or direct mains only. The product is NOT compatible with high-frequency electronic ballast.
- Note: 600mm product is not intended for series operation.
- The product must be used in a dry environment and in luminaires that are approved for the application.
- Operating ambient temperature from -20°C to +45°C.
- Must be used with compatible control devices.
- The product should be used within a specified radio-frequency (RF) communication range.
This range can vary depending on the actual application environment.

Follow the instructions below to install the product(s). Different systems may require the physical installation of devices at different stages during system setup. You’re required to read the system guide to understand the complete and proper sequence.
For lamps that work on ElectroMagnetic (EM) ballast
- No modifications of the luminaire which the LED lamp is to be used with are to be made.
- This lamp may not be suitable for use in all applications where a traditional fluorescent lamp has been used. The temperature range of this lamp is more restricted. In cases of doubt regarding the suitability of the application, the manufacturer of this lamp should be consulted.
- This lamp is designed for general lighting service (excluding e.g. explosive atmospheres).
For lamps that work on High Frequency (HF) electronic ballast
- In this application, an LED replacement starter is not used.
- Always switch off the power supply before commencing work!
- Philips LED tubes should be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with the relevant code.
- Stick the Warning Sticker on the luminaire after the modifications have been made.
After powering on, lamps will automatically search for available Zigbee
networks and connect to a Zigbee gateway (if any). Lamps can also be
commissioned by using a designated Bluetooth mobile application. Please refer
to our website for instructions on app download.
When needed, performing a factory reset will restore a lamp to its default
state. The lamp will be removed from its current network (if any) and all
settings will be deleted.
- The lamps can be reset from the system app when credentials are properly kept and lamps are accessible. In this case please follow the in-app instructions.
- If credentials are lost, lamps will need to enter safe mode in order to be reset. Turn the lamps off for 5 seconds, then on for 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times to activate the safe mode. Visit our website to download the tool for factory reset.
