Water Pump Troubleshooting

1. SV /USB line connect with Plug orUSB

3. when water insufficient, water pump won’ tstop working, please keep enough water in.
4. The Water Dispenser Has A Small Amount Of Water And The Water Pump Does Not Work, So The Anti-dry Burning Function Is Started, And It Will Automatically Return To Normal Operation After Adding Water.
5. If the fountain over worked everyday, please replace the filter lSdays or each month and keep water pump clean

Filter Replacement and Fountain Cleaning

Filter

• Cleaning: clean the filter by water frequently
• Replace: Keep good water quality, please replace the new filter with 30 days.
• Remark: If you have many more pets, please shorter the filter replacement time.

Fountain body
Cleaning:Use warm water and cleaner to clean the water bin for each 7days

Procedure
