Use ceramic PTC thermistor as the heating element to quickly heat up and automatically maintain a constant temperature; save energy and extend the life span of the hot melt glue gun.
Product technical parameters: working voltage: 100V-230V; frequency: 50/60Hz; product internal working temperature: 110℃～220℃.
The heater has been designed for heat insulation to ensure safe use.
The shell is made of nylon material with high temperature resistant, high flame retardant.
Use a silicone protective sleeve at the glue outlet to prevent burns due to high temperature
Equipped with a metal bracket, it can support the gun nozzle to prevent scalding the table in the working gap, Scope of application

Select the corresponding size hot melt glue stick for the hot melt glue gun; insert the hot melt glue stick from the end of the glue gun, turn on the power AC 110V to 240V; preheat for 5-8 minutes, gently pull the trigger to make the hot melt glueflows outfrom the gun mouth.

Matters needing attention:

Select the applicable hot melt glue stick. <Diameter ￠ 7mm and ￠12mm>
Please do not let any part of your body touch the nozzle during the working process; prevent scalding by the overheating nozzle.
Please do not pull the glue stick out of the working gun, because the molten glue may cause burns or damage the gun.
If the glue gun stops working for more than 5 minutes, please cut off the power supply to avoid damaging by the reflow of melt.
non-specialized persons and those who have not read the instructions, please do not operate the glue gun
Children aged 0-8 are prohibited from using
Check the power supply, switch and power indicator light of the glue gun before using. If any parts are damaged, stop using it immediately. Professionals with corresponding qualifications are required to replace original parts for repairs, and unqualified personnel are forbidden to repair by themselves.
It is not suitable for bonding objects in direct contact with water or liquid.
Turn off the power after use. After it is completely cool, clean up the remaining glue, put it in the box and store it in a safe place.
When the workpiece or material is affected by liquid, water vapor, moisture, and high temperature, the adhesion part will fall off by itself.
