Do not omit to grease the cooking plate as it is very important for unsticking food such as vegetables or fish.
Never use steel objects, knives or forks on the cooking plates and mini pans as you could scratch and damage the non-stick coating. -
After pre-heating the appliance, place the ingredients on the grill plate and remove them once cooked.
Grilling
Before grilling the food, if necessary, lightly grease the cooking surface
with a basting brush and some oil.
You can use small pans to grill mushrooms or prepare toast sandwiches.
Raclette
Use the small pans to prepare the raclette:
Slice the cheese, preferably raclette cheese, to a thickness of 3 to 5 mm and
place the slices in the mini pans. Do not overfill the mini pans and make sure
that the ingredients do not come into contact with the heating elements.
Occasionally, remove any food residue from the grill plate and the mini pans
so it does not burn.

hot water with some washing-up liquid and leave them to soak for 30 minutes.
Then clean them with a plastic brush.
Precautions when cleaning the stone plate
