Please use the device as required. It is recommended to keep the usage time within 10 to 15 minutes, and wait for an appropriate amount of time before using the device again. Excessive use of the device may cause physical discomfort and skin injury.

Instructions On Use

Working Mode

When the device is off, short-press the ON/OFF button to turn on the device. The default mode after startup is Mode 1 (Fast Mode).

Power On

Short-press the ON/OFF button to start the device.

Mode Selection

After powering on the device, short-press the ON/OFF button to switch the mode.

Power Off

Long-press the ON/OFF button to turn off the device.

Charging Method 1

  1. Place the device on the charging dock and make sure the connection fits.
  2. Insert the micro USB connector of the USB cable into the micro USB socket of the charging dock.
  3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a rechargeable USB port or an adapter plugged into a socket to recharge the device.

Charging Method 2

  1. Connect the magnetic head of the magnetic charging cable to the charging contact of the device.
  2. Plug the other end of the magnetic charging cable into a rechargeable USB port or an adapter plugged into a socket to recharge the device.

When you charge the device, the indicator on the device panel will fiash. After charging is completed, the charging indicator will be solid.

It is normal for the host and power adapter to heat up slightly during charging.

Charging Time

  1. The charging period is about 2-3 hours. The device cannot be charged when it is in use. If you attempt to charge the device while it is in use, it will enter self-protection mode and stop working automatically.
  2. When fully charged, the device can be used 6 to 8 times for 15 minutes each time. (Usage time may vary according to the ambient temperature)
  3. The indicator will flash when the battery power is low.

Correct Usage

The device cannot be used while charging. Before you use the device, please unplug the power adapter after charging is complete.

  1. Timing
    The device can be set to work for 10 minutes at a time. after which the power supply will be automatically cut off.

  2. Massage function
    When the device is off, short-press the ON/OFF button to turn on your device. The default mode after startup is Mode 1 (Fast Mode).

  3. Massage modes
    Mode 1: Fast forward rotation, indicator light flashes once and stays on, far infrared is on;
    Mode2: Slow forward rotation, indicator light flashes twice and stays on, far infrared is on;
    Mode3: Fast and slow forward rotation, indicator light flashes three times and stays on, far infrared is on;

  4. Low battery: Indicator light flashes;

Battery removal Step

Operation steps for battery removal

  1. Cut off the external power supply, and remove the product housing;
  2. Disconnect the power supply to the battery;
  3. Remove the battery;
  4. Place the waste battery at a fixed recycling station;
  5. Please observe local environmental protection laws and waste disposal guidance and protect the environment.

Notes

  • Remove the battery out of the appliance before scrapping the appliance;
  • The appliance must be disconnected from power supply before removing the battery;
  • The battery should be disposed of safely.

Except professionals. no one shall attempt to remove the battery!

Troubleshooting

Please perform the following checks in case of any failure occurring during operation. If the failure cannot be eliminated or the product still cannot work ideally, please cut off power supply and ask a professional technician to repair it. Never attempt to disassemble the product.

Protection

Storage

When the storage period exceeds 3 months, unpack the product, and check and recharge it before use. Do not place the product tightly close to floor, wall and ceiling. The indoor environment should be well-ventilated; keep away from strong sunlight and corrosive gas.

Transport

The product package is provided with simple shockproof measures, therefore is suitable for transport by air, rail, road and sea. Keep away from rain and snow, and avoid inversion and collision.

Check of power supply

Check the power supply; do not power on the product if the supply voltage is beyond the specified range.

Maintenance

Take measures to resist moisture, rats and pollution. Cleaning should be carried out when the product is powered off.

After use, put the device in a safe place; do not place any heavy objects on the device. In case of any failure, please ask a professional technician to repair it. Do not attempt to disassemble the product.
