Precautions
Please read this instruction manual carefully before using.
The company assumes no responsibility for any consequences caused by misuse or
failure of following these instructions.

| Please remove any accessories you might be wearing or other objects that
might affect the massaging process before use.
| Do not use the product in the bathroom or other humid conditions.
| Keep the product away from water, fire, and corrosive environment.
| Please comply with relevant safety regulations while using the product under
specific circumstances.
| Do not use the product on surgical areas.
Do not use the product on areas of bruises, damaged skin, swelling, or
inflammation.
| Do not use the product if you have cardiovascular (or once had), acute, or
dermatologic diseases, malignant tumors, or other abnormal symptoms.
Do not use the product in case of hematologic disorders with hemorrhagic
symptoms, osteoporosis, soft tissue diseases, or strokes.
In case of restricted physical capabilities, physical or mental problems, or
mental disabilities, do not use the device without medical consultation first.
Stop the massage if you find it unpleasant.
| Do not use the device during menstruation or pregnancy.
| This device is not intended for use by children under the age of 8. Children
aged between 8 and 12 must be supervised while using the device.
| Clean with alcohol wipes. Avoid contact with water.
| Avoid contact with sharp objects.
| The device is for private use only and cannot be used as medical equipment.
It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or commercial purposes.
Please use only the supplied charging device to charge this product and ensure
electrical safety. If any fault or malfunction should occur during use, cut
off the power immediately. Never attempt to disassemble or repair the device
yourself. Some specific models come with pyretic moxibustion function. The
surface of the device heats up during use. Persons insensitive to heat should
be especially cautious.
The instructions for class Ill appliances shall state that it must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance. This instruction is not necessary for battery-operated appliances if the battery is a primary battery or secondary battery charged outside of the appliance.
Necessary knowledge
Frequency
1 time per day, no more than 10 minutes.
Overuse might cause discomfort or neck and skin injuries.
When you use the massager for the first time, be mindful of how you feel and
observe your shoulders, neck, and skin; do not massage for too long.
Size
This product fits persons with neck circumference between 30 and 40 cm.
How to use
During use, please close your eyes, lean back, and relax.
Please take off your necklaces, neckhung headphones, ID badges, etc.
Stop the massage and seek medical help immediately if you find itis painful or
unpleasant.
After Use
The skin around your neck may become a little red after massaging. This
phenomenon is normal and will quickly disappear.
Others
The massage head might buzz when it rotates and changes position. This is
not a sign of defect or malfunction.

Connecting or waiting for connection: flash once Connected: flash twice
Charge indicator
Low battery: flashing red
Charging: flashing red
Fully charged: solid green
Mode button
When the device is turned on, press to switch massaging mode.
Mode 1 moving and rotating with heat function on.
Mode 2 moving and rotating from front to back with heat function off.
Mode 3 moving and rotating from back to front with heat function off.
Micro USB port
Unplug the silicone rubber and connect the cable to the Micro USB port to
charge the device. Once fully charged, remove the cable and plug in the
rubber.
On/off button
When the device is turned off, press to start up.
When the device is turned on, press to cycle through 3 different levels of
intensity (low as default, medium, high).
App connection
How to download
Scan the QR code to directly download the app Go to App Market; search
“breo” and download
Operate and use simply according to the guidance given by the app

Charging
- Unplug the silicone rubber.
- Connect the Micro USB to the port on the massager.
- Put the adapter in the socket.
After a ‘beep’, the charge indicator flashes on the control panel.
The indicator lights up continuously when the device is fully charged.
**** The massager and the adapter may become warm during normal charging process.
Time for charging
- Charging takes up to 6 hours.
- Once fully charged, the massager can be used for 10 times (15 minutes a time). (Use time might differ when operating in different temperatures.)
- When the indicator flashes, charge immediately.
Fully Charged
- Unplug the adapter and remove the Micro USB from the massager.
- Plug in the silicone rubber.
How to Wear
- Unlock the magnetic buckle on the bands. This product fits persons with neck circumference up to 40 cm,
- Hold both ends of the device and put it on your neck from over to the back of your head.
The control panel might either be on your left or right side.
You can locate different buttons by touching them.
The power button and mode button are both concave.
The power button has raised dots on it.
Proper Use
This device can only be used without cord. Please unplug the adapter after the massager is fully charged.

Press the on/off button to switch on. After a “beep”, the control panel will light up and the device will enter Mode 1 as default setting.

Adjust the strength of your massage according to your own needs.
Press the on/off button to cycle through low, medium, and high-speed modes.
Press the mode button to choose one of the 3 massaging modes
Mode 1 moving and rotating with heat function on.
Mode 2 moving and rotating from front to back with heat function off.
Mode 3 moving and rotating from back to front with heat function off.
Press and hold the mode button to adjust how the massage head moves.
You can switch on/off the heat function independently using phone app under all 3 modes. -
Wear the massager on your neck. When using this product, please keep your shoulders and neck relaxed, lean back, and relax your whole body. You can pull down the band on both sides to control the pressure.

After 10 minutes of use, you will hear along “beep”.The control panel will light off as the power switch off automatically.

Switch off manually Press and hold the on/off button for more than 2 seconds until you hear along “beep” to switch off the massager.

After use Unlock the magnetic buckle on the bands. Hold both ends of the device to take it off.
**** If you have sensitive skin or this is your first use, observe your neck and skin carefully during use.
Operation steps for battery removal
- Cut off the external power supply, and remove the product housing;
- Disconnect the power supply to the battery;
- Remove the battery;
- Place the waste battery at a fixed recycling station;
- Please observe local environmental protection laws and waste disposal guidance and protect the environment.
Notes
- Remove the battery out of the appliance before scrapping the appliance;
- The appliance must be disconnected from power supply before removing the battery;
- The battery should be disposed of safely. remove the battery!
Except professionals, no one shall attempt to remove the battery!
Troubleshooting
Please perform the following checks in case of any failure occurring during operation. If the failure cannot be eliminated or the product still cannot work ideally, please cut off power supply and ask a professional technician to repair it. Never attempt to disassemble the product.

Storage
When the storage period exceeds 3 months, unpack the product, and check and recharge it before use. Do not place the product tightly close to floor, wall, and ceiling. The indoor environment should be well-ventilated; keep away from strong sunlight and corrosive gas.
Transport
The product package is provided with simple shockproof measures, therefore is suitable for transport by air, rail, road, and sea. Keep away from rain and snow, and avoid inversion and collision.
Check of power supply
Check the power supply; do not power on the product if the supply voltage is beyond the specified range.
Maintenance
Take measures to resist moisture, rats, and pollution. Cleaning should be carried out when the product is powered off. After use, put the device in a safe place; do not place any heavy objects on the device. In case of any failure, please ask a professional technician to repair it. Do not attempt to disassemble the product.
Disposal and Recycle
The product should not be abandoned along with domestic wastes. Dispose of the
product according to local environmental laws and guidelines. Please remember
to respect the local regulations: hand in the non-working electrical
equipments to an appropriate waste disposal centre. The packaging material is
recyclable. Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner and
make it available for the recyclable material collection service.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
