Concrete walls between the outdoor and indoor unit will reduce the transmission range more than plaster walls.Rechargeable batteries: You can choose to use normal (alkaline) or rechargeable batteries in both the indoor and outdoor unit. However, rechargeable batteriesprovide a lower voltage, reducing the lifespan and accuracy of the WS-1050. Rechargeable batteries must be charged using an external charger.
