Safety Guidelines

In order to achieve maximum safety while using your EKSA gaming headset, we suggest that you adopt the following guide- lines:

  1. Should you have trouble operating the device properly and troubleshooting does not work, unplug the device and contact the EKSA Customer Care via info@eksa.net. Do not attempt to service or fix the device yourself at anytime.
  2. Keep your device away from liquid, humidity or moisture. Oper- ate your device only within the specified temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F). Should you operate it in a temperature that is beyond this range, unplug and switch off the device in order to let the temperature stabilize within the optimal temperature range.
  3. Listening to excessively loud volumes over extended periods of time can damage your Further- more, legislation of certain countries permits a maximum sound level of 86db to affect your hearing for 8 hours a day. We therefore recommend that you reduce the volume to a comfortable level when listening for prolonged periods of time. Please, take good care of your hearing.
Maintenance

The EKSA gaming headset requires minimum maintenance to keep it in optimum

condition. Once a month we recommend you clean the device using a soft cloth or cotton swab with a bit of warm water to prevent dirt buildup. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents.

Q3: Small sound or no sound?

  1. Make sure that your audio devices work well and sound switch has been turned on.
  2. Turn up the sound volume level, makes sure connect-ing the plug of headset to audio correctly.

Q4: There is current sound.

  1. Please check out and make sure the plug is well inserted into the device.
  2. Please make sure there are NO electric devices (like cellphone, electric fan) with strong magnetic field nearby. Otherwise, please take away these devices.
  3. Please check if the microphone boost in Windowscor other systems) is turned off or turned down. If not, you will need to turn down the microphone boost level by the following steps. (For Windows 7/10 Home System)

Step 1. Click the Start button and select Control Panel.
Step 2. Click ‘Sound’ and find ‘Recording’ tab.
Step 3. Click the ‘Recording’ tap, right-click ‘Headset Microphone’ and click ‘Properties’;
Step 4. Find ‘Level’ tab and turn down the boost level.
