INSTRUCTIONS
- Before starting, check the recommended inflation pressure for your vehicle’s tires. Manufacture recommended pressures can be found on the inside of the driver’s door jam and owner’s manual. The tire’s maximum pressure can be located on the sidewall of the tire. Take care not to exceed any maximum tire ratings, doing so may cause damage to the tire, vehicle, and possibly bodily harm.
- Remove the valve cap from the valve stem of the tire, then connect the interchangeable lock-on brass chuck on the valve stem. Note: the brass chuck should be connected to the valve stem firmly without handhold.
- The other end of the tire pressure gauge should be connected to an air hose coupling, allowing air to pass from the air compressor to the inflator.
- When you press the air valve trigger hard to inflate the objects, dial will display the pressure value timely. When the desired pressure value is reached, you may release the air valve trigger.
ATTENTION
- This tire inflator gauge can be used to check the tire pressure without being connected to an air compressor.
- Do not press the air valve trigger when not connected to an air compressor. Doing so will release air from the tire.
- If air is leaking between the interchangeable lock-on brass chuck and tire’s valve stem, please check whether the interchangeable lock-on brass chuck is connected firmly on the tire’s valve stem.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- INACCURATE READINGS
- Adjust the angle between the air chuck and the tire’s valve stem to ensure strong sealing.
- Error value of 2PSI in the reading is normal.
- AIR LEAKAGE
- Check all the connecting parts: air compressor, the tire inflator gauge, the quick connector fitting, air chuck, and tire valve stem. All the connecting parts should be connected firmly without any leakage.
- If there is any leakage, you may use tape to fix it for better sealing performance.
