Charging
- Please fully charge the earphone and charging case before using it for the first time.
- Connect the USB A end of the charging cable to a USB charging port and insert the micro USB end to the part on the charging case. Make sure it is properly connected.
- The red indicator light will be lit while the charging case is charging. When the battery is full, the red indicator light will not switch off.
- Put the earbuds into the charging case to charge it. The red indicator light will be lit while the earphones is charging, and the blue indicator light will lit on the charging case. When the battery is full, the red and blue indicator light will switch off.
- Please do not charge more than 8 hours.
Bluetooth Pairing
Your earphone must be paired to a Bluetooth device before it can be used. It is only necessary to pair your speaker once with each device.
- Long press the button on the earphone. The LED light will flash blue and will prompt “power on”.
- After few seconds, earphone will prompt“pairing”, this means that the earphone is ready to pair with your Bluetooth playback device.
- Activate the Bluetooth on your playback device and search for “iGear-TwinBod”. Select “iGear-TwinBod” from the device list to connect. You will hear a connection tone after the earphone has been paired successfully.
- You can now playback audio through the earphone.
- If the earphone is put into the charging case when listening music, it will play by speaker automatically.
- Music tracks can be selected on your playback device (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.)
- Volume can be controlled on your playback device (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.)

Locating the Bluetooth menu
iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch
- a) On your device, go to Settings.
- b) Select Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is not on, turn it on.
- c) The iPhone/iPod will automatically search for new device.
AndroidTM Phones and Tablets
- On your device, go to the Settings Menu.
- Select Bluetooth (on older Android devices Bluetooth is found in the Wireless & Networks menu). If Bluetooth is not on, turn it on.
- Select “Search for devices” if your phone or tablet dose not automatically search for new devices.
Troubleshooting
- My smartphone cannot find any new Bluetooth device.
- a. Ensure the device has entered the pairing mode.
- b. Ensure the device is within an effective working range.
- Bluetooth device cannot pair up
- a. Ensure your smartphone allows new connections and has not reached the maximum number of allowed devices.
- The device dose not play music when it is connected to a Bluetooth smartphone.
- a. Ensure your smartphone supports the A2DP profile.
- b. Ensure your smartphone is within an effective working range.
- When paired with my computer, Windows asks for a new driver. Can you supply this?
- a. We recommend you find compatible drivers for your computer online.
- Why can I not remotely control the Pause, Play, when music is playing?
- a. This feature needs the Bluetooth device paired with the speaker to support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile). Please ensure your device supports this.
