SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The appliance is intended for household use only.
- Use the appliance only as described in this manual. Always follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for use, cleaning and maintenance.
- DO NOT immerse the Fan Head in water or other liquids.
- DO NOT wash plastic parts of the appliance in a dishwasher.
- Never leave the appliance connected to the power source without supervision.
- Keep the appliance out of the reach and sight of Young Children and Pets.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep all packaging away from children as there is risk of suffocation.
- This appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
- This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- NEVER put the appliance on or close to the hot or warm surfaces or the kitchen appliances like the electric oven or gas burner.
- Keep hair, loose clothing and all parts of the body away from moving parts during operation.
- DO NOT charge at temperatures below 50°F (10°C) or above 104°F (40°C). Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
- DO NOT expose this appliance to fire or temperature above 266°F (130°C) as it may cause explosion.
- ONLY use the cable that comes with the appliance.
- Never operate an electrical appliance if any cable is damaged or any wires are exposed.
- DO NOT attempt to dismantle, repair or modify the appliance yourself. They should only be made by the manufacture.
- Do not attempt to replace or remove the built-in battery. This may damage the battery or the device.
- This appliance contains a battery that is non-replaceable and is to be removed by skilled persons only.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place the Thawing Plate on the Drip Tray.

Insert the L-shaped Pole into the slot of the Drip Tray.

Press the buckle to connect the main unit with L-shaped Pole as shown in the picture.
CHARGING
LED Status Indicator Color
- FLASHING RED – Low Battery
- FLASHING BLUE – In Charging
- SOLID BLUE – Fully Charged
- SOLID BLUE – In Use
- Insert the type-c end into the charging port on the side of the main unit.
- Insert the USB end of the charging cable into an adapter or mobile device with a DC voltage of 5V- 2A for charging.
- Fully charge the main unit before first use.
WARNING
DO NOT use an unregulated power supply with an output that exceeds the input
voltage.
Avoid using your device while it is in charging status.
HOW TO USE YOUR APPLIANCE
BEFORE USING YOUR DEVICE
Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the defrosting tray and
tank with water and neutral soap, then dry thoroughly.
Place the thawing tray on a solid-level surface before use.
Thaw only the amount of food you require for cooking.
During the defrosting process, please check every 45 mins to see if you need
to refill the tank and restart the defroster.
If thawed completely, the food must be cooked immediately (within one day),
and do not refreeze thawed food.

USING THE DEFROSTER
Fan Mode (Accelerate Thawing)
Press the Fan Button to turn on blowing mode, and the indicator light is blue.
Press again to stop it.
Misting Mode (Keep Fresh)
Press the Misting Button to turn on misting mode, and the indicator light is
blue. Press again to stop it.
45 mins Auto Stop
The appliance has an automatic shutdown protection mechanism, and it will stop
operating every 45 minutes.
If you need to continue the thawing process, please press the Fan and Misting
buttons again to turn it on.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Before maintenance, switch off the appliance.
- The main unit contains a circuit board, do not immerse it in liquids or rinse it. Wipe the main unit with a soft and dry cloth.
- Empty the remaining water in the tank and rinse it with water and neutral detergent.
- Clean the defrosting plate and drip tray with a damp (not wet) cloth, do not use chemicals or harsh abrasives.
WARNING
Never keep the remaining water in a tank longer than 72 hours, otherwise, bacteria will breed.
Storage
Empty the water tank and drip tray if you do not use the appliance for a long time. Turn the appliance off and store it in a cool and dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
