Vacuum sealing
Food easily spoils under the influence of oxygen, light and temperatures above
0°C. Storing food in a fridge increases shelf life a little.
The advantages of Vacuum sealing:
- The removal of oxygen gives bacteria and mould little opportunity to grow
- Moisture and nutrients are retained.
- Protects from odours and odour accumulation
- Hygienic storage.
The food therefore stays fresh significantly longer!
