SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Read all instructions and keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock in the event of a malfunction or failure, the instrument must be connected to a grounded outlet. If you are not sure whether your outlet meets the requirements, consult an electrician for help.
- Only connect the device to sockets that correspond to the specified voltage of the device.
- Route the power cord so that no one can step on it. Keep the power cord away from heat sources such as radiators, heaters, and stoves.
- Do not immerse the unit, plug or power cord in water or other liquids.
- Use the device in the presence of children only under supervision.
- Unplug the appliance before moving or cleaning it, opening the ventilation grille, changing filters or when not in use for a long period of time.
- Do not push any objects through the ventilation slots.
- Do not run the power cord under a carpet.
- Do not cover the power cable with blankets, runners or similar.
- Do not route the power cord under furniture or other equipment and route it so that no one will trip over it.
- Have repairs carried out only by qualified personnel. Have the device checked if it has been damaged in any way or if the power cord or plug is damaged. The same applies if liquids or objects have landed on the device, if the device has been exposed to rain or moisture, if it is not working properly or if it has fallen over.
- Use the device only in the household and strictly follow the instructions in the user manual. We accept no liability for damage caused by disregarding the instructions and improper use.
- Do not use the device outdoors.
- Do not place any objects on the device.
- Make sure that the ventilation openings are not covered by furniture, walls or other objects so that the air can circulate.
- Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Repairs may only be carried out by trained personnel.
- Do not use the device with remote-controlled sockets or external timers.

Note: The ionizer is located inside the unit near the air outlet.
FILTER OVERVIEW
Pre-filter
- Removes coarse dust particles and allergens.
HEPA filter
- Removes up to 99.97% dust, smoke particles, pollen and allergens. Pre-filter and activated carbon filter are combined with the HEPA filter.
Activated carbon filter
- Removes formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful gases.
UV-C lamp
- Removes germs and bacteria.
Photocatalyst filter
- Helps remove odors.
COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
Before the first operation
- Carefully remove the unit from its packaging and remove all packaging material.
- Place the device on a stable, level surface. Leave at least 30 cm of space around the device so that the air can circulate sufficiently. Make sure that the ventilation slots are not covered.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
Important: If you want to move the device, always lift it by the handle on the back. When you are finished using the unit, turn it off and unplug it from the wall outlet.
Control panel and function keys
POWER/UV-C
- Press the key to switch the device on or off. This key can also be used to control the UV lamp and the ionizer. NOTE: The ionizer will turn on and off at the same time as the UV lamp.
Speed
- Use this key to adjust the speed (I = low, II = medium, III = high). Each time you press the key, the speed increases by one level. You can recognize the set speed by the illuminated control lamp.
TIMER
- Press the key several times to set the timer. You can choose between 2, 4 and 8 hours. The device stops automatically as soon as the set time has elapsed. To run the unit in continuous operation, press the TIMER key until none of the indicator lights are illuminated.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Changing the filter
As soon as the POWER light flashes green, it is time to change the filter. Change the filter according to the following instructions. After changing the filter, press and hold the POWER/UV-C key for 5 seconds to restart. After that, the light should stop flashing. The filter will last for approximately 6 months.
- Open the front cover from above.
- Remove the filter combination by pulling on the 2 strips.
- Insert the new filter combination. Use the 2 strips on the filter to insert it correctly.
- Replace the cover, making sure that it is firmly in place.
- Press and hold the POWER/UV-C button for 5 seconds to reboot.
Filter and housing cleaning.
- Clean the outside of the unit, the pre-filter and the activated carbon filter at least once a month. Depending on the quality of your ambient air, it may be necessary to clean the filter more often.
- The combination filter consists of a 3-part filter system, consisting of a pre-filter, HEPA filter and activated carbon filter. Clean the filters with the brush attachment of your vacuum cleaner.
- Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the surface of the device. Do not use benzine, thinner or harsh detergents for cleaning, so as not to damage the device.
TROUBLESHOOTING
