PCI RACE RADIOS PCI B1 Bluetooth Module
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
To pair your device, turn the Bluetooth off by pressing for 3 seconds until the light turns off. Set your Bluetooth device to discoverable mode and press the blue button for 10 seconds until the blue LED begins blinking fast. Your phone will and “PCI-BT”. If it asks for a code, enter 0000.
OPERATION
Pressing the blue button once will play or pause your music. When you hear your ringtone, indicating an incoming call, press the blue button to answer. Answering on your phone will turn on privacy mode and you will need to talk through your phone. If you answer on your phone and want to switch to Bluetooth, this option can be found on the call screen, depending on your device. Some cell phone covers may reduce the range of your Bluetooth communications. If you are having range issues, remove your phone cover to see if it helps.
MUSIC AUTO MUTE
The PCI B1 automatically mutes your music or Bluetooth device when you receive an incomingradio transmission. If connected to a GPS device, it may be desired to keep that audio at full volume. To disable the auto mute feature, remove these two jumpers.
