instructions carefully and follow them to prevent possible damage. We assume
no liability for damage caused by disregard of the instructions and improper

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Connect the device so that the main plug is easily accessible at all times.
- Inspect the power cord regularly for damage. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized service center or a similarly qualified person.
- Repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel, do not attempt to repair the device yourself.
- Do not connect the unit to a timer or a remote control power outlet.
- Never immerse the appliance, power cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Do not handle the plug with wet hands.
- Do not pull the plug out of the socket by the cable, but hold it firmly by hand when pulling it off.
- Do not use the cable as a handle.
- Lay the cable in such a way that no one will trip over it.
- Do not let the cable run over sharp edges.
- Do not use the unit in wet rooms or in the rain.
- Place the appliance in such a way that it cannot fall into the water. If it does fall into the water, immediately unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and only then touch the appliance.
- Unplug the appliance from the wall outlet when it is no longer in use.
- Keep the appliance away from open fire and heat sources.
- This device may be only used by children 8 years old or older and persons with limited physical, sensory, and mental capabilities and/or lack of experience and knowledge provided that they have been instructed in the use of the device by a responsible person who understands the associated risks.
- Keep children away from the grill and do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
- Place the appliance on a stable, level surface.
- Make sure that there are no easily inflammable objects or materials around the grill.
- Keep at least 30 cm away from the walls.
- Do not touch the grill grate or other hot surfaces during operation.
- Do not move the appliance until it has cooled down completely. Only touch the appliance by the handles provided for this purpose.
- Only place the appliance on surfaces that are insensitive to heat. Position the appliance so that it is not too close to the edge.
- To avoid heat build-up, do not place the appliance directly under kitchen cabinets or shelves.
- Do not place the appliance on or near a stove.
- Do not expose the appliance to excessive temperatures and weather variations.
- Never fill the grill with liquids.
- If parts are damaged, do not continue to use the grill.
INSTALLATION
WARNING: DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY
THE INSTALLATION MUST BE PERFORMED BY AN AUTHORIZED PROFESSIONAL ONLY AND AN
ALL POLES DISCONNECTION DEVICE MUST BE INCORPORATED IN THE FIXED WIRING IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL WIRING RULES.

Before installing the appliance for the first time, remove all packing and foreign materials from the appliance and dispose of packaging material safely according to local regulations. Any material of this sort left in the appliance may melt and/or burn when the appliance is used.
Check for visible damage to the appliance and the power cord. Do not use the appliance anymore if you find the power cord or some parts of this product are damaged. -
Check the supply voltage from the fixed wiring matches the value indicated on the appliance. Do not connect the appliance to the fixed wiring when the voltage does not match the rated value indicated on the appliance

Place the appliance in a location with a superior ventilation system and far away from tinder and explosive object, place the appliance on a smooth horizontal and stable surface, and Keep good heat dissipation — When operating the appliance, keep at least 50mm space on all side of the appliance to allow adequate air circulation.

Connect the appliance to the fixed wiring in accordance with the national wiring rules and connection diagram in the appliance.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before use, please check whether the voltage of the power supply is in conformity with that in the value indicated on the marking plate.
Operating steps:

Switching on the appliance by connecting the disconnection device in the fixed wiring, and then the indicator light is on the green to indicate the appliance is in STAND BY MODE. Adjust the working temperature to the required one, now the working light is on yellow, and the heating plate is working. After testing, the user can re-adjust the thermostat knob, and select the required temperature for working again.

When the temperature reaches setting one, the yellow light will turn off, then it will turn into the thermostat state, and the user can start to work.
When the temperature comes down, the thermostat will start working again automatically. This process is cycling repeatedly, guaranteeing the temperature is on the setup scope. -
The grill with two thermostats, the left one is controlling the left heating plate’s temperature and the right one is controlling the right heating plate, the user can select each or both to use.

When the food is ok, the user can eat it after take out with chopsticks, avoid using metal to roll up or take out the food, otherwise, it will hurt the surface of the heating plate.

The box at the bottom can be collected the remaining oil from the heating plate expediently, it should be cleaned out frequently to avoid coming out.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING: DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Disconnect the appliance by setting the disconnection device in the fixed
wiring in the off position before cleaning or maintenance.
The appliance should not be cleaned with a water jet and do not immerse the
appliance or part of the appliance in water for cleaning.
Clean
After use for each time, please clean it with soft dry fabric, avoid using
sharp metal, and strictly prohibit cleaning with water.
The remaining oil of the box in the bottom should be cleaned out after each
use.
Maintenance
The thermal protective device will operate and cut off the heating elements
when the temperature is too high while using. Please check the machine after
the power is cut off and the oil is cooled down to room temperature. Then open
the cover of the reset button behind the machine and press the reset button to
restart the machine.
