Remove the frame and accessories from their packaging. Place the frame holders (Z1) on the curved tube and fasten them to the tube with two screws (N1). Slide the wheel axle (a) through the two holes located at the ends of the tubes.
Attach the wheels (b) to both sides of the axle (a).
There are two holes at each end of the axis (a). Insert the R-shaped clamp (c) through the holes (a) to fix the wheels.
Align the three tips and press the covers (d) onto the wheels (b).
Open the trolley:
Place the right foot on the middle of the support tube (I). Raise the table
(II) with your right hand and pull the tube (III) upwards with your left hand.
Slide the tube (III) under the table.
Close trolley:
Place the right foot on the middle of the support tube (I). Hold the table
(II) with your right hand and slowly lower the tube (III) downwards. Be
careful not to pinch your fingers!
Immediately adjust the safety lock (f) after opening the wagon. The car is equipped with an automatic lock. Press the spring (e) and hook the bent hook (f) into the extension of the spring (e). Release the spring again. It extends and locks the safety lock.
Note: Make sure that the safety lock is always closed when grilling or moving. Do not attempt to turn or pull the hook while using the appliance.
First remove the screw from the pipe. Mount the bracket (G1) on the pipe. Then mount the support tube (G2) on the tube. There is a positioning hole (IV) on the support tube (G2) where the housing is later fixed. Tighten the bracket (G1) and the support tube (G2) with screws and nuts.
Slide the housing (h) down onto the support tube (G2). Align the positioning protrusion on the housing with the positioning hole (IV). Fix the housing to the carriage with the thumbscrew (S1). Align the grill plate holder (L) with the recess (M) on the housing and then insert the grill plate (K) into the housing. If you want to remove the grill plate later, lift it slightly to the right and pull the holder (L) diagonally out of the recess (M). When you later remove the housing from the support tube (g), lightly step on the support tube (I), hold the handles of the housing and remove it.
Mount the cover. Hold the cover by the handle (p) and slide the hinges (O) into the holes (Q) of the base. When you later remove the cover, open the cover at a 45° angle and release the hinges (O) from the holes (Q). The cover must be open at a 45° angle for it to be removed.
Insert the pin (n) of the removable temperature controller into the socket. You can now plug the plug into the socket. If you remove the removable temperature controller later, hold it by the base, do not pull on the cable.
Note: Lay the power cord so that no one will trip over it and remember to remove the plug after use.
The removable lid makes the grill easier to use and clean.
Note: If you want to close or open the cover, hold the lid ONLY by the handle. Be careful not to burn yourself, as the lid gets hot when grilling!
Insert the grease pan (j) into the supplied holder on the back of the housing (h). To securely secure the grease pan, align the hole in the grease pan with the positioning protrusion located in the center of the housing. To facilitate cleaning, the grease pan can be filled with a little water. When you remove the grease pan, remove the pan from the positioning protrusion and remove it.
Note: The capacity of the grease pan is 0.3 litres. Pour out the fat as soon as the tub is full. The surface of the fat pan becomes very hot. Use heat-resistant gloves if you have to remove them!
Mount the table (R). Hold the table (R) firmly and press down the two pins (S) with your thumbs. Then insert into the tube (T). Later, remove the table (R) before folding the trolley. Press down the pins (S) and carefully pull out the tube (T).
If you move the collapsed trolley or if the unit is not in use, lock the cover with the buckle (W) located on the housing. Make sure that the latch (V) is tight.

Chops | 5 | 20-25 mins |
Chicken wings | 5 | 15-20 mins |
Fillet of pork | 4-5 | 9-10 mins |

Tips for grilling
- Your meat will be tendered if you marinade it overnight before cooking (the marinade is always made of oil (to and moistness), vinegar (to tenderize) and a mixture of seasonings).
- Always use tongs or some form of scoop to turn the grilled food (using a fork to turn the food will dry it out and damage the non-stick coating).
- Only turn meat and fish once during grilling. You do not need to turn it more than once and too much turning dries food out.
- Never cook meat for too long. Even pork is better if it is served when it is still somewhat pink and juicy.
- If cooked food sticks to the grill plate, rub the plate with a piece of kitchen paper soaked in oil from time to time.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains electricity supply.
- Allow the grill to cool completely.
- Take the detachable temperature regulator out of the appliance socket.
- Clean the grill plate and grease collecting bowl with warm washing-up water and damp cloth. Do not use steel wool pads, brush or abrasives to avoid any damages to the coating of grill.
- Wipe the base of the appliance with a damp cloth. Fat splashes can be removed with a mild cleaning agent.
Note: The grill plate has a non-stick coating. Do not scratch this coating during either the grilling or the cleaning stages.
