Fotodiox 300 warrior Daylight LED Light Kit
Characteristics
- The Warrior 300 features high-power COB LEDs with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. These LEDs have a standardized color temperature with a CRI & TLCI 2:95 and feature less than 2% illumination decay less over 6000 hours working time.

Warnings:
- ALWAYS remove the protective cover before using your light.
- ALWAYS press the accessory lock button on the top of the light when removing accessories sum as the standard reflector, barn doors or optional zoom lens. Failure to do so may damage your light.
- During use, avoid dirt or debris from contacting the surface of the COB LED to prevent damage to your light.
- HOT! DO NOT TOUCH! Keep flammable substances at lease 4 inches (I 00mm) away from the surface of the LED.
- Do not block the heat dissipation vents on light body. Blocking these will inhibit airflow, causing the unit to overheat and stop working. This may shorten the lifespan of the light.
- Do not operate with wet hands, doing so may cause electric shock.
- Do not operate in environments near flammable gases or volatile liquids as this may increase the risk of explosion/fire.
- Do not operate in enclosed spaces where heat buildup can be extreme, such as a car on a sunny day. The increased heat will trigger the auto heat protection function and affect use. Frequent overheating may cause premature failure of the lighting unit.
- Do not damage, disassemble, twist or modify the power cord as it may increase the risk of fire or electric shock.
- Do not place under heavy objects.
- Keep the light surface clean with a soft, dry cloth. If build-up is noticeable, use isopropyl alcohol on a soft, clean cloth to gentjy remove debris. Ensure the LED is off and cool, then wipe gently WITHOUT pressing on the surface of the COB LED.
- ONLY use the power control box provided with this product. Should you need a replacement please contact techsupport@fotodiox.com.
- Avoid impact to the LCD screen; impact may damage it.
- Use the safety cable when hanging the fixture.
- When using accessories, please ensure that they are properly and securely installed. Improperly installed accessories may fall and become damaged.

Set up instructions
I . How to set up the light
- To mount on light support or stud: Loosen the stand mount locking screw by turning counterclockwise. Place the L-type bracket onto the compatible light support. Turn the stand mount locking screw clockwise to secure the bracket to the light support.
- Adjust the light to the desired angle by loosening the angle adjustment and locking handle by turning counterclockwise. Move the light to the desired position, then tighten the angle adjustment and locking handle by turning clockwise.
- When mounting to a I I /8″ Qunior) stud, it will be necessary to remove the set screw using an M4 hex wrench.
2. How to set up the power control box
- Use the connecting cable to connect the light body to the power control box by aligning the white dots on the plug and socket Then secure by turning the ring clockwise.
- Connect the AC power cable to the power control box via the AC power socket Then connect the AC power cable to the external power supply (AC I 00-240V).
NOTE:
Remove batteries when using external AC power. Leaving batteries installed may
cause damage to the control box or batteries. ALWAYS remove batteries when the
light is not in use for extended periods of time.
3. Safety Cable
- ALWAYS use the safety cable when hanging the light
- Fix the safety cable through the safety cable/strap mounting point of the power control box and around the light support.
4. DMX Connection
When using the DMX function, connect the DMX cable to the DMX console (see
figure below.) Set the DMX address to the desired address for control on the
DMX console.
5. DMX Control
Enter the DMX control interface on the menu of the power control box:
DMX address setting, 1-1 is brightness control, 1-2 is brightness control, 1-2
Please refer to the chart below for DMX address on the LCD and the
corresponding channels on the DMX console:
Operating instructions
- Press the ON/OFF button to power the light ON or OFc
- When CCT is selected on the first line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to switch between INT (brightness), FX, DMX setting, FA N, APP/Remote, and Lag. (language) modes.
- When in INT mode, press the multi-function interface button Ce::i to switch between brightness display and INT (brightness) settings.
- When INT is selected on the second line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to increase or decrease the brightness of the light. Brightness is adjustable from 0-100%.
- When FX is selected on the first line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to switch between INT (brightness), FX, DMX setting, FAN, APP/Remote, and Lag. (language) modes.
- When in FX mode, press the multi-function interface button [eJ to switch between FX display, INT (brightness), MODE and SPEED settings.
- When INT is selected on the second line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to increase or decrease the brightness of the light. INT (brightness) is adjustable from 0-100%.
- When MODE is selected on the third line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to switch between lighting effects as below:
- When SPEED is selected on the fourth line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to adjust the effect speed from 0-1 00%.
- When DMX is selected on the first line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to switch between INT (brightness), FX, DMX setting, FAN, APP/Remote and Lag. (language) modes.
- When in DMX mode, press the multi-function interface button C£::i to switch between DMX display and ADDRESS settings.
- When ADDRESS is selected on the second line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to change the address of the fixture. DMX address range is 1-512.
- When FAN is selected on the first line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to switch between INT (brightness), FX, DMX setting, FAN, APP/Remote and Lag. (language) modes.
- When in FAN mode, press the multi-function interface button C£::i to swtch between FAN display and SPEED settings.
- When SPEED is selected on the second line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to change the speed of the fan between low, medium, high and auto.
- When APP/Remote is selected on the first line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to switch between INT (brightness), FX, DMX setting, FA N, APP/Remote and Lag. (language) modes.
- When in APP/Remote mode, press the multi-function interface button C£::i to switch between APP/Remote display and ADDRESS settings.
- When ADDRESS is selected on the second line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to change the APP/Remote address between 1-12.
- When Lag. (language) is selected on the first line of the LCD, turn the multi-function interface dial to switch between INT (brightness), FX, DMX setting, FAN, APP/Remote and Lag. (language) modes.
- (I) When in Lag.(language) mode, press the multi-function interface button C£::i to switch between Lag. (language) display and Lag. settings.
- (2) When Lag. is selected on the second line of the LCD, tum the multi-function interface dial to switch system language between English and Chinese.
- Fast and slow adjustment in INT (brightness) and FX SPEED modes: Press the multi-function interface button for 3 seconds or longer to switch between fast and slow adjustments. The indicator at the bottom right of the LCD will change between F (fast) and S (slow) to indicate which ad1ustment mode is active. In F (fast) mode, INT (brightness) and SPEED are adjusted in I 0% increments, while in S (slow) mode adjustments will be made in I% increments.
Remote control operating instructions
- Set the wireless receiving ADDRESS of the light by following the instructions for APP/Remote Address mode. The address can be set from 1-12.
- Press the Function button to select the first line on the LCD. Move the cursor to the ADDRESS setting. Use the Increase button or Decrease button to set the address between 1-12.
- Ensure that the APP/Remote ADDRESS setting on the light and the ADDRESS setting on the remote control are the same. The light/lights with the same address setting can now be controlled normally with the remote control.
- When pressing the Function button, the first line on the LCD is selected. Switch between INT (brightness), FX, DMX setting, FAN, APP/Remote and Lag. (language) modes by using the Increase/Decrease buttons to change the corresponding data.
- The wireless remote control has a working distance of approximately 65 feet (20 meters.)
USB port operation
When the device requires a software upgrade, the upgrade can be applied by connecting a USB flash drive through the USB Port. Software upgrades can be found on www.fotodioxpro.com.
Upgrade Operation:
- Download the updates from www.fotodioxpro.com and save to USB flash drive.
- Remove the dustproof plug from the USB port and insert the USB flash drive loaded with the upgrade program.
- Press the Power ON/OFF button to turn the power ON. The DATA indication light will flash.
- The upgrade will take approximately IO seconds. The upgrade is complete when the “Welcome” message appears on the LCD.
- When the upgrade is complete, remove the USB flash drive and replace the dustproof plug.
