SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This device may be only used by children 8 years old or older and persons with limited physical, sensory and mental capabilities and / or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they have been instructed in use of the device by a responsible person who understands the associated risks.
- Keep the appliance under constant supervision while in use. Keep an eye on any children in the vicinity of the appliance when it is in use. The appliance is not a toy.
- Incorrect use of this appliance may cause personal injury and damage the appliance.
- Use for its intended purpose only. The manufacturer is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from incorrect use or handling (see also Warranty Terms).
- For domestic use only. Not for outdoor or commercial use.
- Remove all packaging and transport materials from the inside and outside of the appliance.
- Check that the appliance has no visible damage and that no parts are missing.
- Do not use with any cords other than that supplied.
- Check that it is not possible to pull or trip over the cord or any extension cord.
- The appliance must not be used together with a timer switch or a separate remote control system.
- Turn off the appliance and remove the plug from the socket before cleaning, or when the appliance is not in use.
- Avoid pulling the cord when removing the plug from the socket. Instead, hold the plug.
- Keep the cord and appliance away from heat sources, hot objects and naked flames.
- Ensure that the cord is fully extended.
- The cord must not be twisted or wound around the appliance.
- Check regularly that neither the cord nor plug is damaged and do not use the appliance if there is any damage, or if it has been dropped on the floor, dropped in water or damaged in any other way.
- If the appliance, cord or plug has been damaged, have the appliance inspected and if necessary repaired by an authorised repairer.
- Connect to 230V, 50 Hz only. The warranty is not valid if the appliance is connected to incorrect voltage.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications will invalidate the warranty.
- Only place vacuum-packed foods in the appliance. Do not try to cook unwrapped food.
CAUTION
Risk of burns! Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns.
Particular attention should be paid where children and vulnerable people are
present.
OPERATION
Fill the container with water. Fill the water container with water, using the
water level indicator on the device, the water level should be between the MIN
and MAX indicated on the front of the circulator. As Archimedes taught us, the
water level will rise when you add food to the container, so do not fill it up
too high. Clip the stick to the side of the pot.
Note: As the water temperature increases, the water will begin to evaporate.
The circulator is equipped with an alarm indicating a low water level, if the
water level goes below the MIN mark, the circulator will shut
off.
Touch the On/Off key for more than 5 seconds. The set temperature appears in the first line. The second line shows the display of the current temperature. The third line displays the set time and the operating time. Press and hold the ON/OFF and SET keys simultaneously for 2 seconds to switch between °C and °F.
Setting the time
Press SET once: set hour. Press SET twice: Set minute.When the hour and
minute flash in the display, turn the wheel on the top of the device to set
the time. Maximum time settings is 59:59 h.
Setting the temperature
You can set the temperature at any time using the wheel, except when the time
is flashing in the display. The highest temperature that can be set is 95 °C
(or 203 °F).
Preparing the food
Press the On/Off button once to begin heating and circulating the water. Place
the vacuumed food in the water when the set temperature is reached.
When the water reaches the set temperature, the sous-vide stick will emit
three beeps at 3-second intervals. This reminds you to add the food. Press SET
to turn off the beep. Once you have pressed SET, the display will start
counting up the set cooking time at the bottom right of „work time“, showing
hours on the left and minutes on the right.
When the set time is reached and the cooking process is finished and, the
signal sounds again with three beeps in a 3-second interval. The signal
reminds you to take out the food. Press SET for 2 seconds to stop the beep.
After finishing the cooking process, switch off the device by pressing and
holding the ON/OFF key for more than 5 seconds.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Possible cause and solution |

The device does not start. | Check if the plug is inserted in the socket. |
Check if the power cord is damaged.
Check if the device has been switched on and the display is on.
The display shows error code E01.| An alarm sounds and the unit goes off when
the water level is below the MIN mark. Turn off the unit, refill water and
restart the unit.
The display shows error code E02.| There is too little water in the tank. An
alarm sounds and the unit goes off. Turn off the unit, refill water and
restart the unit.
The display shows error code E03.| The digital thermostat is broken. Contact a
specialist company for inspection and repair.
The display shows error code E04.| The second digital thermostat is broken.
Contact a specialist company for inspection and repair.
DESCALING
With frequent use, descaling should be done every month or more often in regions with hard water.
- Put the appliance in a pot and fill the pot with water to the „Max“ level indicated on appliance.
- Set the appliance temperature to 70℃°C.
- Add 5 g of citric acid powder (Food grade) per liter of water used.
- Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after 70℃°C is reached.
- Turn off and unplug the appliance.
- When appliance is cool, rinse the bottom in the cold water and dry before storage.
DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
If there is a legal regulation for the disposal of electrical and electronic
devices in your country, this symbol on the product or on the packaging
