SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the operating instructions carefully before using the device to ensure correct use and to familiarise yourself with the risks and dangers associated with the device.

  • Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
  • After unpacking the device, check for any damage and for completeness.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, customer service or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger.
  • This device may only be used by children from the age of 8 and up or by persons with reduced physical, sensory and mental capabilities or a lack of experience and / or knowledge if they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the device and have understood the resulting dangers.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are 8 years of age or older and are supervised.
  • Children must not play with the device.
  • If an error occurs, switch off the device immediately and pull the power plug out of the socket. Never use a defective device.
  • The device must not be used near sources of heat or hot objects, as this could cause the plastic parts of the device to deform, which could affect the use of the device.
  • When using the device, make sure that all filters are correctly installed and inserted. Do not use the device without a filter insert.
  • Before each use, inspect the power plug and cord for damage to reduce the risk of electric shock.
  • Make sure that the voltage of your socket outlet matches the voltage indicated on the rating plate of the device before using the device.
  • We recommend that you cut off the power cord of the device before properly disposing of it.
  • Supervise any children who are near the device while it is in use.
  • This device is only suitable for household use. Never use the device outdoors.
  • Never use the device to vacuum still glowing cigarette butts or hot ashes. To avoid damaging the motor, do not vacuum solvents, kerosene, gasoline, paint, sewage or other liquids.
  • Do not vacuum up tufts of hair, large balls of paper or similar, as this can block the suction connection or suction tube or hose, which can lead to motor failure or housing deformation. If you have sucked in something that has caused a blockage, switch off the device immediately and unplug it before removing the blockage.
  • Use a damp cloth or a damp cloth with washing-up liquid to clean the device. Never use gasoline, banana oil or similar for cleaning, as this can crack the housing or fade the colour.
  • Do not use the device to vacuum cement, gypsum powder, limestone, starch and other small particles, otherwise the filter may clog and the motor may burn out, which can cause malfunctions. Always clean the filter promptly.
  • Before using the device for the first time, check that the battery is fully charged. If the battery is running low, charge the battery before using the device for the first time.
  • Make sure the battery is fully charged the first three times for the battery activation protection to take effect.

COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION

Attaching / removing the vacuum cleaner tube

  1.  Insert the end of the vacuum cleaner tube into the opening in the housing. When you hear a clicking sound, the vacuum cleaner tube is properly connected to the housing.
  2. If you want to remove the vacuum cleaner tube, press the release button on the vacuum cleaner tube with one hand. At the same time, hold the vacuum cleaner tube with the other hand and pull it out of the housing opening.

  1. Insert the other end of the vacuum cleaner tube into the opening of the floor brush. When you hear a clicking sound, the vacuum cleaner tube is properly connected to the floor brush.
  2. If you want to remove the vacuum cleaner tube, press the release button on the floor brush with one hand. At the same time, hold the vacuum cleaner tube with your other hand and pull it out of the opening in the floor brush.

  1. Connect the opening of the floor brush to the opening in the housing. When you hear a clicking sound, the housing is properly connected to the floor brush.
  2. To remove the floor brush, press the floor brush release button with one hand. At the same time, hold the floor brush with your other hand and pull it out of the housing opening.

Charging the battery

  1. Connect the charging cable to the device as shown in the illustration and insert the mains plug of the charger into the socket. The device will automatically start charging.
  2. When the charging indicator is flashing green, it means that the battery is still charging. When the charging indicator lights up green continuously, the battery is fully charged. When the green light goes out, it means the battery status is reduced. This can cause the device to not work properly. When the charging indicator starts flashing red, the device needs to be charged.

Note: Remove the vacuum cleaner tube before charging the device.

  1. Make sure that the lower part of the dust collector is at the same height as the protruding part of the vacuum cleaner. When both are at the same height, press the dust collector against the device until you hear a clicking sound.
  2. To remove the dust collector, press the release button on the dust collector.

Attachment of accessories and storage

  1. Insert the long crevice nozzle and the round brush into the built-in suction opening of the device. To remove, simply pull.
  2. After cleaning, the housing and accessories can be attached to the holder as shown in the illustration.

Use of the device

  1. Before using the device, make sure that the battery compartment is inserted in the device.

  3. When you press the switch on the handle, the device is ready to use. Release the switch when you want to stop the device.

  4. When the device is switched on, the green indicator lights up.

CLEANING AND CARE

Cleaning the dust collector

When the dirt in the dust collector reaches the maximum display, you should clean the dust collector and the cyclone cone system as soon as possible in order to achieve the best cleaning effect.

  1. Press the release button on the dust collector. Remove the dust collector as soon as the vacuum cleaner is off.
  2. Hold the dust collector over a rubbish bin and slowly pull out the cyclone cone system.
  3. Gently shake the dust collector and dispose of the contents of the dust collector in the bin.
  4. If necessary, the dust collector can be washed out directly with water. After washing the dust collector, it must be completely dry before you can use it again.dust collector

Cleaning the cyclone cone system

  1. Hold the filter unit firmly and turn it anti-clockwise. After turning, pull the filter unit out to separate it from the cyclone cone.
  2. Remove the individual components of the filter unit. Carefully tap the filter wadding, the filter unit and the cyclone cone over the bin to remove any accumulated dust. If necessary, the filter system can be cleaned with water. Please note that the filter system must be completely dry before being used again.
  3. Reinsert the filter unit and turn it clockwise to secure it in place.
  4. After the filter unit has been reinserted into the dust collector, you can reconnect it to the device housing as described in the section “Attaching / removing the dust collector”.
  5. Remove the sponge insert in the motor and carefully tap it over the bin to remove any build-up of dust. If necessary, the sponge insert can be rinsed off with clean water. Please note that this must be completely dry before being used again.

  1. To remove the floor brush, press the release button on the floor brush. Remove the roller brush by simultaneously pressing the floor brush down towards the roller brush and clean it.
  2. Place the roller brush back into the device after cleaning.
