Introduction
The center channel is the most crucial speaker in any surround sound system. The speaker is the glue that holds the system together. This speaker is the source of all of your speech, so you’ll want to obtain the greatest quality speaker you can find to receive the clearest experience possible. The rest is meaningless if you can’t grasp the words. For the finest home theatre experience, Klipsch center channel speakers are engineered to deliver the clearest movie dialogue and music lyrics. Klipsch is the only brand on the market that can produce the same level of realism and emotion. Discover what you’ve been missing out on. With the amazing acoustics of the R-52C center channel speaker, you can get crystal-clear sound for your movie dialogue and song lyrics. Klipsch’s proprietary 90x90o Tractrix horn technology directs the R-52C’s high-frequency energy toward the listener, reducing artificial reverb and filtering generated by indirect sound rebounding off walls. You get the best clarity, dynamics, and detail from your movies and music when you use this patented focused technology.
Klipsch’s Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) aluminum tweeter reduces distortion for clearer, more detailed sound. The tweeter suspension is made of Kapton, an exceptionally light and stiff material that provides excellent efficiency and improves resolution and detail. Cones made of Injection Molded Graphite (IMG) are extremely light while remaining extremely rigid, resulting in superb low frequency response with minimum cone breakup and distortion. It provides the maximum speaker efficiency in its class when combined with the Tractrix Horn- Loaded LTS Tweeter. The reinforced MDF construction decreases cabinet vibration for reduced perceptible coloring and enhanced sonic accuracy, providing you the ideal long-lasting listening experience. Regardless of your entertainment system layout, the R-52C’s closed back design allows you numerous placement options with optimum bass response.
HOW TO CONNECT
The Fives can be connected to a computer or laptop through USB Audio and Analog/AUX. Connect the provided USB connection from your laptop/USB PC’s port to the USB Audio input on the rear of The Fives to play through USB. The source wheel on top of The Fives should be set to USB.
WHERE TO PLACE
The center channel speaker should be placed exactly above or below the screen, facing the listening area. To ensure speech clarity when the speaker is placed on a shelf or stand, make sure the leading edge of the speaker is flush with the edge of the stand.
HOW TO PLUG IN
Connect the subwoofer to the AV receiver with a subwoofer cable (RCA cable) that runs from the receiver’s subwoofer output to the subwoofer’s line input. Klipsch subwoofers can be linked using the LFE channel, the white RCA connection, or both the white and red RCA connections in a stereo pair.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
How far away from the wall should Klipsch speakers be placed?
Approximately two to three feet. The bass response will be affected more as you get closer to the wall. The bass booms and the frequency response are inconsistent when the speakers are too close to the wall. Moving them around an inch or two at a time until they sound right is the only way to go. -
How long does it take for Klipsch speakers to break in?
Your speakers should be broken in after roughly 100 hours of use. As the speaker is utilized more, the surround and spider materials loosen up. After break-in, not all speakers will sound drastically different. Some people improve very slightly, while others undergo significant transformations. -
Is Klipsch a high-quality audio system?

Is it necessary to break in new speakers?
Setting up your speakers with your system and using them normally is the most basic approach to run them in. After 20-30 hours of normal use, the speakers are usually suitably broken in, and they will often continue to develop and improve over the first hundred hours or so. -
When it comes to speakers, how long can they last?
High-quality speakers can last up to 40-50 years before displaying signs of wear and tear, depending on the materials they’re composed of and the climate in which they’re utilized. -
Are Klipsch speakers suitable for watching movies?

How far away from the wall should floor-standing speakers be?
