This portable otoscope camera has a macro lens with high resolution to provide amazing quality. We design this otoscope to help users diagnose their outer and middle ear pathologies easily with their iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

how to use

•  Select a speculum, then put it onto the head of the camera Please attach a speculum to prevent the probe from hurting when you use this otoscope to check your ears.
•  Clean the surface of the device with 75% alcohol solution before contacting the skin. Disinfect the adapters with saturated steam for 10 minutes at 273°F

Software Function

• Please download and install the app before using this device.
• Search for 11USEE11 on App Store to download the app.
• Search for 11USEE11 on Google Play Store to download and install the app.
• Press and hold the power button for 1 second to power on the device, and connect it to your iPhone with a cable. ( II)+ This device will charge your iPhone with a very low current(about 300MA ) for data transferring use.)
• Click on ‘Trust• in the pop-up dialog to allow your iPhone to access the camera.

• Enter your iPhone passcode to activate the device.
• This accessory may not be supported.
• Click on’Dismiss’if you see this message.
• This device will charge your smartphone with a very low current (about 300mA)for data transferring use.

Press the power button for 1 second to power on the device, and connect it with your Smartphone.

Charge the Battery

• Only use chargers marked: Output 5V 1A, or 5V 2A. If you do not know the voltage and current of your charger, use the USB cable to charge the camera with your computer. The camera charges to 100% in approximately1 .5 to 2 hours under 5V 1 A.
• Please make sure the charging current is higher than 1 A when using this device while charging.

Notices

•  Even though there is a USB cable included in the package, we highly recommend that you use the phone’s original USB cable to connect your phone for a stronger & more stable connection.

•  If the image is frozen, please REBOOT and RESTART the App

•  If you cannot turn on the scope, or it turns off after a few minutes of working, it can be a sign of low battery. Please make sure the battery is fully charged.
  How to do when the image is blurry

•  In order to keep the image quality clear enough and maintain the optimal result & personal hygiene, please follow up on these methods:

  •  Please use the provided cleaning cloth to sanitize the tip of the camera before and after EACH use. This can prevent ear wax to stick on the tip of the camera and causing blurry images.
  •  Please keep a focal length of about 1 inch to achieve the best quality image(placing the scope too far from your focal point may result in blurry images)
  •  If the ear canal is not perfectly straight, gently adjust the position of the otoscope to view your ear drum clearly.
