SAFETY WARNING
- You must read the instruction manual carefully before using.
- Keep out of reach of children. Children are not allowed to use this product.
- You must put the protective cover onto the otoscope before using, then sanitize al the areas that contact the skin.
- Please take great care when using ear picks or ear spoon accessories to clean earwax. DO NOT insert them too far into the ear canal.
- Don’t clean your ear canal excessively. Prolonged use may cause discomfort or damage to the ear canal.
- Stop using the otoscope if it overheats.
- When using this product be aware of people around you. Be careful that nobody bumps into your hand while holding the device inyour ear.
- Stop using this product immediately if you experience any discomfort.
- This appliance is not suitable for people with limited physicalsensory or mental capabilities.
- This product can not replace a doctor or medical provider’s diagnosis or treatment.
- Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any discomfort.
Instruction
Take Photo/Video
Press “ ” to take a photo or start recording.
At playback mode, press “ ” to select photo or video to view , and press “ ”
to delete photo or video.
Take Photos
Press to switch to the take photos, and press to take a photo.
Video Recording
Press to switch to video recording mode, press to start recording.
Language Settings
The default language is English, and the system supports English, Chinese,
German, French, Spanish,talian, Russian, and Japanese.
Press the ” ” button to enter setting page.
Select fourth item ( Language ) on settings page.
Press up an d down keys to select the language you need.
Press “ ” to save your choice

Instruction
Disinfect the specula or ear pick with steam for 5 minutes at 212 F or wipe
them with 75% alcohol solution before and after EVERY use.
For safer and cleaner ears, please add on a speculum or ear pick before use.

Copy photo and video files to computer
You can use a TF card reader to copy data directly or use a type-C cable to connect to a computer for copying.

Connect the camera probe before turning on device. Restart device after replacing the camera probe.

Please ensure that your USB-C camera probe is connected to the TOP of the monitor and not to the charging port on the BOTTOM.

When using the otoscope, pay attention to the lens angle not vertical 90 ° to avoid gyroscope failure.

Disinfect the surface of the device and adapter before contacting skin.

Please keep the camera clean to avoid blurry image. (Refer maintenance how to clean the camera).

Please keep a focal length of about 1-inch to achieve the best quality image ( placing the scope too far from your focal point may result in blurry images).

The ear canal is not perfectly straight, gently adjust the position of the otoscope and gently pull the top of your ear up and back to help view your eardrum easily.
Maintenance
To extend battery life, please refer the following tips:
Please use 5V household charger that meets the safety requlations to charge
this device.
This device Do not support PD charger.
This device can work while charging.
If you do not use the device for a long time, please ensure that it is charged
at least once every 3 months to prevent irreparable damage caused by excessive
battery discharge.
To optimize the image quality and maintain personal hygiene, please following
these tips to clean the camera before and after EACH use:
- Clean the lens carefully with alcohol pads.
- Wipe the lens grooves with alcohol-soaked Q- p.
This can prevent ear wax from sticking to the tip of the camera and causing blurry images. You can apply pressure when cleaning the camera to remove stubborn ear wax completely.

Troubleshooting
No camera
Please make sure you have pluged the camera probe till the end, push a
little harder and heard a snap, if still not work please feel free to respond

Blurry image.
The focal length is fixed at 10mm-30mm (0.4-1.2 inch), so please adjust the
distance between the camera lens and your ear to get focused if you cannot see
the image clearly.
Blurry image after several uses.
Please clean the camera before and after every use to keep the camera clean
to avoid blurry image. Blurred images after a period of use are caused by the
earwax on the camera lens. (In general, earwax is oily and can cause glare,
unclear image) If the earwax does not carefully wipe out, this will make it
stick to the lens more firmly.
Cannot thoroughly clean the lens more firmly.
Please follow the steps:
- Clean the lens carefully with alcohol pads.
- Wipe the lens grooves with alcohol-soaked cotton swab.
