SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING
Before using this product, please read all the instructions.

  • To avoid transferring contagious conditions (like pink eye), do not share the headset or either of these accessories with persons with contagious conditions, infections or diseases, particularly of the eyes, skin, or scalp. The headset and accessories should be cleaned between each use with skin-friendly non-alcohol, non-abrasive antibacterial wipes. Replace the battery-powered Excellence Strap if it becomes worn or cannot be cleaned.

  • The headset and the Fast Charging Excellence Head Strap are worn close to your skin and scalp. Stop using the headset if you notice swelling, itchiness, skin irritation, loss of hair or other skin reactions.
    If symptoms persist, contact a doctor.

  • Store the product in a cool and dry place.

  • Do not store the product in high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight.

  • Do not leave or dispose of the product in both extremely low air pressure and extreme heat such as sunshine, fire, etc.

  • Do not place heavy objects on this product.

  • Do not throw or drop the product or subject it to strong physical impact.

  • Avoid mechanical shocks, compression, or cutting of the product.

  • Do not allow the product to come into contact with any kind of liquid. Do not leave the product out in the rain or near a source of moisture. If the inside of the battery comes into contact with water, chemical decomposition may occur, potentially resulting in the battery catching on fire, and may even lead to an explosion.

  • Do not clean the product with harmful chemicals or detergents.

  • Do not short-circuit the product or allow it to be short-circuited by other metallic objects.

  • Use of a power supply or charger not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.

  • To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when using this product near children, or keep the product completely out of the reach of children.

  • Do not use this product beyond its rated output value, as exceeding the rated output may pose a risk of fire or personal injury.

  • If the product is damaged or modified, do not use it, as it may exhibit unpredictable behavior, leading to risks of fire, explosion, or injury.

  • The ideal storage temperature is 22°C to 28°C(72°F to 82°F).

  • The product should be used in temperatures from 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F). Use of the product in environments above 40°C (104°F) can lead to a fire or explosion. Use of the product below 0°C (32°F can lead to permanent damage.

  • Do not store the product fully discharged for an extended period. Otherwise, it will over-discharge, which will lead to permanent damage.

  • It is normal for Your headset and the Fast Charging Excellence Head Strap to feel warm to the touch while in use or while charging. Prolonged skin contact with a headset and the Fast Charging Excellence Head Strap that is hot where it touches the skin may produce skin discomfort or redness, or low-temperature burns. If your headset and the Fast Charging Excellence Head Strap feels hot to the touch or is uncomfortably warm, stop using it and allow it to cool down.

INSTALLATION NOTES

  • Step 1 Attach the Rear Brace to the Strap Clip the rear brace into the strap according to the corresponding R and L letters – you will hear a clear “click” as it attaches.
    (Note: the installation of the Rear Brace is one-time, and cannot be removed after installation.)

  • Step 2 Install the Top Strap
    Thread the top strap through the bracket of the rear brace. Smooth side down.

  • Step 3 Remove the Facial Interface
    Remove the facial interface of the Quest 3 headset.

  • Step 4 Thread and Fasten the Top Strap
    Thread the top strap through the bracket on the front of the Quest 3 to fasten it.AUBIKA-YJ-582A-Fast-Charging-Excellence-Head-Strap-

  • Step 5 Attach Side Straps
    Hook the side straps onto the arms of the headset by applying pressure and pushing down.

  • Step 6 Install the facial interface
    Re-insert the facial interface and snap it into place.

Friendly Note

  1. The power button is designed for activating fast charging on Quest 3. To charge the strap individually, please press twice to stop charging Quest 3 headset and keep the battery strap charged.AUBIKA-YJ-582A-Fast-Charging-Excellence-Head-Strap-FIG-9Due to the protective mechanism of the Aubika Fast-Charging Head Strap, when you press the head strap button to charge the powered-off Quest 3 headset, press it again when the orange light on the headset turns on to initiate the charging process. The head strap keeps charging the headset when the orange light stays illuminated.
  2. To charge the Quest 3 headset and head strap battery at the same time, make sure to connect the battery cable from the strap to the headset’s USB-C port, and press the power button once after plugging it into the charger.
  3. For optimal usage, it’s recommended to keep the strap connected to the Quest 3 at all times. Activate the strap during Quest 3 gameplay and deactivate it when not in use.
  4. This product does not offer individual accessory sales, including Right/Left Side Straps, Top Straps, and more.
