DENSO DNNS118 Cockpit Control Unit
Our product is one of vehicle parts incorporated into the vehicle as original equipment. Therefore, we will not supply the user manual. However, we will ask the vehicle manufacturer to include following statements in the user manual of the vehicle in accordance with FCC and ISED requirements.
Requirement for User manual of the vehicle
FCC Requirement
In accordance with 15.21 of FCC rule, following statement will be included in
the user manual of the vehicle.
FCC WARNING
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. In
accordance with requirement of FCC§15.19(a)(3), following statement will be
included in the user manual of the vehicle.
NOTE: This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
- In accordance with requirement of FCC radio frequency Exposure Guidelines, following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle.
CAUTION: Radio Frequency Radiation Exposure
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment and meets the FCC radio frequency (RF) Exposure
Guidelines. This equipment should be installed and operated keeping the
radiator at least 20cm or more away from person’s body.
Co-location
This transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter.
ISED Requirement
In accordance with requirement of RSS-GEN, following statement will be
included in the user manual of the vehicle. The antenna cannot be removed (and
changed) by user.
NOTE
This device contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply
with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s licence-exempt
RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause interference.
- This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
- In accordance with requirement of RSS-102 of the ISED radio frequency Exposure rules, following statement will be included in the user manual of the vehicle.
