Operation:
- Power ON: Press the power ON/OFF button and hold for 3 seconds until the “Power on” sound is heard by the earphone; the status LED flashes purple once to indicate the device is turned on.
- Power OFF: Press the power ON/OFF button, and hold for 3 seconds until the “Power off” sound is heard by earphones; the status LED flashes purple once to indicate the device is turned off.
- PTT Button: Press and hold down this button to talk, release to end transmission.
- Volume control: Press volume up (+) / down (-) button to adjust volume. The device will produce a tone when the volume reaches the minimum or maximum level.
- External earphone: Open external earphone jack dust cover, plug listen-only earphone with Ø3.5 2pole or 3pole connector.

How to Pair Process for radio/phone / WAVE OnCloud
- Make sure Wireless PTT Pendant is OFF, press & hold the power button to switch it on.
- Wireless PTT Pendant is under pairing mode when the LED flashes Red and Blue alternatively and the “Pairing” sound is heard by the external earphone.
- Start the Bluetooth function on your radio/phone.
- Find the device name “2Way Audio” under the Bluetooth device list and connect it.
- The pairing process is completed, and the “Paired” sound is heard by the external earphone.
If a passcode is required on the display of the Bluetooth device, enter “0000”.
For some radios you may need to press “Connect” after pairing and connection confirmation sound is heard by the earphone to establish the Bluetooth connection.
Pairing Process for Zello
- Follow the same procedure as pairing with the phone.
- Launch the Zello app.
- Press “Options”->”Push-to-talk buttons”->”Add New Device”
- Press the PTT Button once. You will see “PTT-Z” show up under “OTHER BUTTONS”. Click on it to select.
- ou will see “PTT-Z” and “Connect”
- Wireless PTT Pendant is now ready.

Troubleshooting:
Does not power ON | Check if the device is charged |

Cannot charge | Check connections to the device and wall outlet. Check if the |
device’s charging contacts are in contact with the optional desktop charging
cradle. Check if the charging status LED is on (RED)
Battery not holding charge| Check if the battery is fully charged The battery
has definite service life; replace the battery when it can’t give sufficient
run time even when it’s fully charged. Contact the dealer to replace the
battery.
Pairing issue| Cannot find the device, power off the radio/phone for 5
seconds, restart and search again for the device
RX / TX issue| Check Bluetooth connection and pairing.

Use magnetic charging cable Charge Wireless PTT Pendant with the magnetic charging cable included, status LED indicates red while charging and turns blue when charging is complete. (Please ensure the USB wall charger adapter has an output of a minimum of 0.5A)

Using a desktop charging dock

Single charging dock
A. Connect the AC/DC adapter to the jack on the back of the charging dock.
B. Ensure the device is properly installed and makes proper contact with the dock’s contacts.
C. Status LED indicates red while charging and turns blue when charging is complete. -
Multiple charging docks (Maximum 10 units)
A. Connect the charging docks. DO NOT connector more than 10 units.
B. Connect the AC/DC adapter to the jack on the back of any charging dock.
C. Status LED indicates red while charging and turns blue when charging is complete.
Maintenance and safety:
Tips to ensure user safety, and optimal performance with a long usage life period.
- Avoid drop, collision, and piercing products.
- Keep away from hazardous, corrosive chemical substances.
- Keep away from heat, flame or high-temperature environment.
- Keep away from extreme cold, to avoid component damages.
- Close dust covers for earphone jack and charger jack when not in use.
- Store in dry and room temperature conditions.
- Do not charge with an unauthorized or damaged charger. Charging with a faulty charger may result in battery leakage, fire, and bursting.
- Do not charge the device with ambient temperature below 0°C (32°F) or above 45°C (113°F).
- Do not disassemble the product, it voids the warranty and increases the risk of water seal issues if the product is not assembled correctly. If the battery requires to be replaced, please contact your nearest service center for assistance.
- If the product is not used for a period of time, charge the product every 2~4 weeks to keep the battery well-conditioned.
- For prolonged storage, recommended storage temperature is 25°C (77°F). Charging the battery every 60 days will avoid the battery from getting deeply discharged and allow the protection circuit to activate.
Cleaning:
- Before cleaning makes sure the product is powered OFF, unplugged from the charger, and all dust covers properly closed.
- If necessary, the external surface of the speaker microphone may be cleaned with a mild soap solution and warm water.
- Do not use chemical solutions such as stain removers, alcohol, bleach, or oil remover as this may damage or corrode product surface.
- Make sure water trapped inside the speaker grill is shaken out before usage.
