CONTROL PANEL
This panel schematic is suitable for the 213141516 head furnace series.
SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM OF THE CONTROL PANEL
INSTRUCTION
Description: the generator is silent and fan-free. It adopts high-power relay motherboard without heating output. When the heating temperature reaches the upper limit of the set value of the program, the electric pottery plate stops working and starts working when it is lower than the lower limit, so as to ensure the constant temperature of the furnace surface is set at the set temperature, and the energy-saving efficiency is high.

Power on: when connected to the power supply, there will be a sound drop, and all the displays will shine at the same time.

On/off button: press the button for 0.5 seconds to enter the standby mode. The power indicator is on, and the four furnace areas are displayed. (When there is no operation in the standby state for 10 seconds, the four furnace areas will no longer be displayed. When there is no operation in 2 minutes, it will automatically exit the standby state and return to the shutdown state. The standby state is as shown below:

Heating: For example, if you want to heat the lower-left furnace area, press it in the standby state, there will be a sound and the digital display is 0, indicating that the furnace area has been selected successfully, and then adjust the desired firepower gear according to the number of the sliding area below. Heating is completed, this furnace area is double-ring heating The default mode is the inner ring. When the mode is on or this furnace area is selected, press the middle single/double-ring switch button and the indicator light on the side will turn on, indicating that the heating of the two rings has been turned on at the same time. (Single/double-ring heating mode can be switched according to the above method)
3.1. Left upper furnace Ø165 heating area: single-ring heating, power 240V/1000W / 1600W
3.2. Lower left furnace Ø230 heating zone: double ring heating, power 240V/2200W / 2000W
3.3. Right upper furnace Ø270*165 special-shaped plate heating area: double ring heating, power 240V/2200W / 2000W
3.4. Right lower furnace Ø165 heating area: single-ring heating, power 240V/1000W / 1600W -
Fire control: select the furnace area, slide or click the number below, it can be adjusted from 1 to 9 sections. Press 0 to stop the heating of the selected burner.

Lock: Long press the button for 2 seconds to lock or unlock with one sound, and the indicator light of the child lock will light up and display LO. The child lock can be operated under shutdown or standby state and heating state. When locking, it is not allowed to select the furnace area and adjust the fire timing, but you can press the on/off button. The successful locking is shown in the figure below:

Timing: This function is to set the shutdown time. In the heating mode, select the furnace area and then press the timing button to enter the timing preset, and the corresponding timing indicator light will prompt. Then adjust the sliding area to set the shutdown time, you can also press the number directly, such as: first press the number 3 and then press the number 8 is 38 minutes. Multiple furnace areas can be set for different shutdown times at the same time. When shown in the figure, the upper left furnace area:

Panel high-temperature warning : there is the residual temperature on the rear furnace panel, and the warning shows H. Be careful of scalding your hands.

Product size and precautions:
8.1. The product size is 77052078mm(30.320.473.07 inches). The thickness of the product is 55mm(2.16 inches) if the foot is not included.
8.2. Open roar size 757500150mm (29.819.685.9 inches)
Note: if the product is used on the table because the bottom of the use
process will produce temperature, please use high-temperature resistant flame
retardant material for the table such as marble……. And so on.
9. Code:
E1——- to control the temperature sensor on the lampboard is open
E2——- control the short circuit of the temperature sensor on the lampboard or
the temperature around the lampboard is too high
E4——- furnace temperature sensor temperature does not change within 3 minutes.
Connecting wire/tray terminal is loose.
H——– Warning of residual temperature on panel (there is an explanation in
Article 7 of normal reminder)
H——– thermocouple open circuit (standby and shutdown state will always flash
and the corresponding furnace area is not heated)
Lo——- Locked state (article 5 is explained)
10. Simple faults and troubleshooting: the furnace head is always heated at
any gear, and the relay does not jump (thermocouple short circuit or
motherboard fault)
Owing to the high temperature Inside the Infrared altar makes curve
nonrivantilatinn is provided to assure its normal operation. As shown in
Figure 2
Attention:
- The electric hob is recommended to be installed by a professional. Please never conduct the operation by yourself.
- The wall and heating area above the table surface shall withstand heat.
- To avoid danger the ceramic cooker hob must be installed into the cabinet before use.
- Applicable cabinet materials wood, marble resin, etc.
SAFETY REMINDING
A dedicated power protection air swath must be incorporeted in the fixed
wiring In accordance with the wiring rules.| Never use the ceramic cooker hob
in a high-temperature environment| Never wash the ceramic cooker hob with
water directly. Steam cleaner is not to be used.
Never have the cooker work without food In the pot, otherwise, its operational
performance may be affected and danger may happen.| For sealed foods such as
canned goods, please do not heat them before opening their covers so as to
avoid any dangers of explosion due to heating expansion.| The appliance is not
intended to be used by children or handicapped persons unless they have been
supervised by a responsible person to ensure they can use it safely.
Do not place rough or uneven appliances, which may damage the ceramic surface
.| If the surface Is cracked, pull out the plug to avoid the possibility of
electric shock.| Do not put any detergents or flammable materials in the
equipment Installed under the ceramic cooker hob.
Because the hob can generate very high temprature, please use a pot resistant
to a temperature of over 200.| After being used the corresponding heating zone
of the ceramic cooker Is still hot. Never touch the ceramic cooker surface to
avoid burn.| If the supply Is damaged, It must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Please shut off the power and pull out the plug before cleaning of the appliance.
- Clean the appliance until it cools down completely.
- To remove dirt, please select litmusiess detergent.
- After removing dirt, please use a neat wet cloth to clean the unit..
- Do not clean by water directly, water gets inside and may cause malfunction.
- Keep the ceramic plate and pan clean before cooking, otherwise, dirt after charring Is very difficult to clean and the plate may get discoloration
- You may clean the air vent/air entry’s dirt by a vacuum cleaner to suck up, If there Is dirt with oil, add a little litmusiess detergent with a toothbrush to clean.
- Don’t use caustic impregnates to clean. It may damage the cooker by chemical reaction. Do not use benzine, scrubbing brush, or polishing powder to clean the Induction cooker.
TROUBLE SHOOTIN
1.1f there is anything wrong with the stove, please check It as following before sending to repair.
