Troubleshooting
When the Indicator Light is off
- Please change the USB C cable
- Please change the Adapter (make sure you use a QuickCharge 3.0 Adapter)
When the Indicator Light flashes
- Please check whether your phone supports Qi wireless charging
- Please remove the phone case
- Place the phone in the center of the charging surface
- Please adjust the orientation of the phone, horizontal and vertical
- Please shut down the phone, restart the device and place it back to the charging station
