General information
This user manual contains a description of the medical device and important
guidance to ensure the correct and safe usage of the product. It is important
prior to using to read this manual carefully. It is especially important to
read the safety requirements and follow these.
We continuously develop our products and we reserve the right without further
notice to change the specifications and functions of products.
Intended use of the device
Designed for use when sitting in either a chair or bed these tables provide a
height-adjustable flat surface for reading, writing, eating, etc. The table
top can be tilted for increased comfort during use. The weight of these items
must not exceed the carrying capacity of the tray (see specifications below).
**Only to be used indoors.
Indications: Due to the wide range of possible applications, the
indications cannot be tied to a specific clinical area, since tables are
suitable for multiple applications involving people with limited mobility.

Safety requirements
- Only use the product in flawless condition.
- If defects or errors are detected you must immediately contact the dealer.
- Follow the information on the product labels.
- Only use the product for the described purpose.
- Avoid making constructive changes to the device, unless you have the manufacturer’s written acceptance for such modifications.
- During different adjustments which are possible on the device, the user must take care not to squeeze the fingers or other body parts between two moving elements of the device.
- Do not overload the tabletop, 15kg Max Load.
- Check hand wheels are secure at regular intervals.
- Do not attempt to use the table as a walking aid.
- Do not attempt to sit or stand on the table.
- The device must only be used on flat, smooth & stable surfaces.
- All wheels should be in contact with the floor at all times during use. This will ensure the product is properly balanced and should avoid accidents.
- The device is not flame retardant. Don’t leave it near sources of fire, ignition, or extreme heat.
Description
Product Description
Overbed table with height and tilt adjustable wooden chipboard tray and a
metal frame. It comes with 2 lockable wheels.
Assembly
Before assembly, you should check with reference to the drawing below that no
parts are missing (parts A-D, 1-9). Then assemble the table following the
number series on the drawing.
The contents are:
- Table Leg (only with castors) X 2
- Cross Bar (with castors) X 1
- Table Top X 1
- Telescopic Tube X 2
- Hand Wheel – Long X 2
- Umbraco screw – Short X2
- Assembly parts and tools (3 x 2 x 1) (1-9)

Maintenance & Cleaning
Normal dirt can be removed with standard cleaning agents and a sponge or soft
rag. Check the specific product information and use only commercial cleaning
products which are suitable for cleaning and disinfection (do not use alcohol-
containing products and no solvents or abrasives).
The device basically does not need maintenance. Despite the solid construction
and the use of resistant materials the product is subject to wear. It is
therefore recommended to check the product at regular intervals by a
professional service. We recommend the following be checked:
✔ Cleaning and disinfection of the product
✔ Frame/product should be checked if it has been bent, damaged, worn, or
corroded
✔ Wear parts are checked and replaced if necessary
✔ General re-tightening of the product
Recommended service life: Normally 10 years depending on use.
Cleaning the wheels
It is recommended to clean the wheels in hot water with a mild cleaning agent.
Lubricate the bearings with oil periodically or when the wheels start
squeaking.
Storage
We recommend storage in a dry place.
Transport recommendations
The device should be transported in a stabilized and secured way with no risk
of sudden or dangerous movements during transport.

Reuse
The product is suitable for recycling. Before recycling, when a new user is to
take over the product, the product must be checked according to point 5.
Disposal of the product
The product can not be disposed of with household waste but must be brought to the local recycling center.
Guarantee terms
Mobilex A/S offers 2 years of warranty for damages caused by errors in
production or material errors. The warranty is not valid by not-intended
repair or usage of the product. Parts subject to normal wear are not covered
by the warranty unless wear is caused by a manufacturing fault. If product
changes are made without our written acceptance the CE-marking and product
warranty will not be valid. In the event of product damages covered by this
warranty, please notify your dealer or Mobilex A/S directly. The warranty does
not cover transport costs and does not include compensation for personal
injuries or the non-use of the product during repair. The warranty does not
cover damages due to the user manual not being followed.

product specified on the product list below, meets the essential health and
safety requirements and is in conformance with the provisions of the
Regulation (EU) 2017/745 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on
medical devices. The product specified on the product list below is “technical
aid for the disabled”, classified as Class I, medical device. The
classification is based on the requirements of Rule 1 of annex VIII, of the
Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
The CE marking has been affixed on the product according to Annex V of the
Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
