INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remove all packaging material, and remove the hot comb. Remove all possible
adhesion foils, stick-on labels, or paper from the appliance. Place the
curling iron on a suitable, flat, and heat-resistant surface (see paragraph I.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS). Plug the fork of the supply cord A6 into the el. socket
and turn the appliance on by turning the A1 switch into position I. Indicator
light A2 indicates the operation of the appliance. Wait several minutes
(approx 2 minutes) before the hot comb tube heats up to operating temperature.
The device will then keep the optimal temperature. Turn the hot comb off after
using switch A1 into the O position, the indicator light A2 will turn off. Let
the hot comb cool off before storing.
Hair styling
Use the hot comb on dry or slightly moist hair, never on wet hair. Combine the
hair before using the comb so that they are not tousled. The ending A4 stays
cold during operation and allows hair styling with both hands. Fix a lock of
hair A5 to the heated-up tube A3.
Move the hot comb to the end of the hair and then wind the lock in the desired
direction with several turns. Do not wind locks too thick on the tube when
hair styling. Let the heat affect the hair for several seconds then unwind the
lock and release. Repeat the process until the desired hairstyle is achieved.
Let the hair cool down before final styling.
Notes
– This device was designed to make rings and curls of various sizes.
– Freshly washed and dried hair is easier to dress.
– First, learn to use the device on a small part of the hairstyle.
– The result depends more on the strength and length of hair than on the
length of goffering. In the beginning, you may start with goffering of 10 – 20
sec. If necessary, repeat the process till achieving the desired effect.
– In order to get curls and rings of various sizes, comb the hair and separate
(a lock of hair of about 2 cm wide). Curl only one lock of hair on the iron.
Begin from the roots all
the way to the ends. (pic. from 2 to 4).
– The bigger strength you use to wind the lock of hair on the iron and the
longer you hold it pressed, the firmer waves you achieve. After the time is
needed to create a curl, loosen the lock from the iron carefully (pic. 5). In
order for the curls to last, wind them around your finger and wait for them to
cool off.
– Let the hair cool off before combing or brushing them.
