INSTRUCTION MANUAL
FAN HEATER
Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use.
- This product can be used by children at the age of 8 years and older and people with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised or if they were instructed regarding use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand possible risks. Children must not play with the appliance. User cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children if they are younger than 8 year and unsupervised. Children younger than 8 years must be kept out of reach of the appliance and its power cord.
- Always unplug the appliance from power supply if you leave it unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
- If the power cord of the appliance is damaged, disconnect it immediately from the power supply. The power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician or a similarly qualified person to avoid an injury caused by the electric power or fire.
- Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, if it fell down and was damaged or if it fell into water. In this case, take the appliance to a special service to check its safety and proper function.
- WARNING: Some parts of this product may become very hot and cause burns. Special attention must be paid to this fact in the presence of children and handicapped persons.
- Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
- When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
- Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).
- To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.
- Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.
- Pay careful attention to the following “Special Safety Instructions for this unit”.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS UNIT
- ORDER TO AVOID OVERHEATING, DO NOT COVER THE HEATER!!!
- Only connect the fan heater to a single-phase socket with a main voltage as specified on the rating plate.
- Do not leave your home while the appliance is in function: ensure that the switch is in OFF(0) position and the thermostat is in minimum position. Always unplug the appliance.
- Keep combustible material such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains etc. at least 50cm away from the fan heater.
- If wall mounted do not fix to combustible material such as wooden, synthetic or plastic surfaces. Do not hang anything on or in front of the fan heater.
- Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1 m in front and 50 cm behind the heater.
- Do not install the heater right below a socket.
- Do not let animals or children touch or play with the fan heater. Pay attention! The air outlet gets hot during operation (more than 80¡).
- Do not use the fan heater in the rooms with explosive gas or while using inflammable solvents, varnish or glue.
- Keep the fan heater clean. Do not allow any objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, or fire or damage to the heater.
- Do not place the unit just below the socket.
WARNINGS
- Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of showers, bath tubs, wash basins, swimming pools, etc.
- Always use the heater in an upright position.
- Do not use the heater to dry your laundry. Never obstruct the intake and outlet grilles (danger of overheating).
- The heater must be positioned at least 50cm from furniture or other objects.
- When the appliance is used in portable version, do not place it up against walls, furniture, curtains, etc.
- The appliance must be installed so that the switches and other controls can not be reached by persons using the bath tub or the shower.
- Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 4m² area.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Instalation
The appliance requires no installation, it should be used solely as a portable
appliance.
Operation
- Turn the thermostat knob(right) in a clockwise direction until it reaches the reguired setting.
- Summer service (ventilation only): turn the knob to setting
- Heating at reduced power: turn the knob(right) to setting I(1000W).
- Heating at full power: turn the (right) to setting II (2000W).
- Switching off: turn the knob (left) to setting O.
REGULATING THE THERMOSTAT
When the room has reached the required temperature turn the thermostat knob.
In an anticlockwise direction up to the point where the appliance switches off
and not beyond.
The temperature fixed in this way will be automatically regulated and kept at
a constant level by the thermostat.
Security system
The heater is fitted with a safety device which will switch off the heater in
case of accidental overheating (eg. Obstruction of air intake and outlet
grilles, motor turning slowly or not at all).
To reset, disconnect the plug from the power for a few minutes, remove the
cause of overheating then plug the appliance in again.
After a short cooling down phase, the appliance is ready for use again.
If you still notice the same defect above mentioned, remove the plug from the
socket and have the appliance serviced by authorized service personnel only.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- The appliance only needs regular cleaning on the outside.
- Before you clean the appliance, switch the heater off, remove the plug from socket and wait until the heater cooled down.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe off the fan heater housing.
- Do not use water, detergents, abrasive cleaning liquids or chemical agents (Alcohol, Gasoline etc…) to clean the appliance.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The device is not working
- Check that the mains connection cable is firmly plugged in.
- Check the positions of the switches.

health, which might otherwise occur as a consequence of improper manipulation
with the product or battery/ accumulator. Recycling of materials contributes
to protection of natural resources. Therefore, please, do not throw the old
electrical appliances and batteries/ accumulators in the household waste.
