Turn unit and water on, partially close lips to prevent splashing and let water flow from your mouth into the sink. Aim the tip of the gumline. For best results, start with your back of teeth, move along gumline pausing briefly between teeth.

Use the eject button to remove the tip from the device. The Water Flosser tip should be left to soak for five minutes in a solution of two parts water and one part hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar. Put the tip in warm water to rinse it. We advise changing Water Flosser tips every 3-6 months for long-term optimal effectiveness.

I just refill it as it empties. It only takes a few seconds to refill from the faucet. I usually refill 4 times per flossing. If you want a large reservoir for the water get the full size version.
I need a replacement charger. Does anyone know where I can find one?****

Mine only stayed on 7 seconds before running out of water. I had to refill it 10 times and even then I was rushing and didn’t feel I had done a good job.
Is the water supposed to shoot out in spurts on the “normal” setting?****
Yes. Water should shoot out in regular intervals instead of one continuous stream.
Do you have to use distilled Water?****
No, tap water works just fine.
How do you charge it?****
It is a USB charge~ so easy! I really like this product. The charge lasts a long time.
Is the inlet tube inside the reservoir supposed to be connected or float freely inside the reservoir?****
If you’re referring to the bottom of the tube, then yes it sits freely, just like a straw does in a glass.
Where can I order parts****
I’ve not had to order any. With its reasonable price, I have 3. Therefore, at any one time I can “steal” parts from one if needed
How do you fill the water tank?****
There is a pull tab on the lower part of the water tank that you pull open and fill like a water gun. lol If you are re-filling, make sure you turn the whole thing sideways with the plug facing up so as not to get water everywhere. 🙂 It is very easy, my grand refills it himself.
Is this good for travel in Europe? 210-220 V?****
it can charge on a USB port so you can recharge with a laptop or adapter w/ USB port or even an external battery w/ USB port. Most phone chargers are 110-220.
Does 5is product have a warranty?****
I don’t know if the product has a warranty however it works well. I don’t have anything but good things to say regarding it. I wish I would have purchased the product earlier. Oral hygiene is very important to me and I will not live without it.
