Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I tell whether my wireless headphone battery is full?
It often has a red charging indicator light. The battery is fully charged when the light goes off, indicating. You must learn how to charge a Bluetooth headset properly, that is, just when the battery is running low, if you want to get the most life out of it.

  • Why won’t my BRAVEN connect?
Ensure that no other external device is associated with the Bluetooth speaker. If so, disconnect the Bluetooth connection on the associated external device and pair the chosen device to the Bluetooth speaker thereafter.

  • How can my BRAVEN speaker be made louder?
Boost Mode is initiated by simultaneously pressing the Play and Volume Up buttons. With a little more emphasis on bass, the volume increases overall.

  • How can a BRAVEN Bluetooth speaker be reset?
Press and hold the reset button behind the device’s back cap to restart it. Be aware that wiping the device’s memory will erase all previously linked devices.

  • Why won’t my phone and Bluetooth speaker pair?
If your Bluetooth devices aren’t connecting, they probably aren’t in pairing mode or are out of range. Try rebooting your devices or letting your phone or tablet “forget” the connection if you’re experiencing persistent Bluetooth connection issues.

  • On my Bluetooth speaker, where is the reset button located?
There is a tiny, pinhole button with the word “reset” on it in the device’s control section, frequently hidden by a rubber cover. To press this button, use a pencil or another pointed object. When you hear the gadget turn off, hold down the “volume down” and “power” keys simultaneously for around 6 seconds.

  • Why does Bluetooth sound so poor?
This is due to Android’s relatively low maximum volume restriction for Bluetooth devices. It was implemented as a safety measure to shield us against any hearing issues in the future. Additionally, the separate volume control sliders for Bluetooth devices have been abolished in the new Android versions, namely Android 7 (Nougat) and above.

  • How can I make my Bluetooth speaker’s bass stronger?
The location of a Bluetooth or wireless speaker also significantly affects how well the low frequencies are reproduced. By positioning the speaker up against a wall or, much better, in a corner indoors, you can easily increase the bass.

  • Why is my Bluetooth music playing so quietly?
You may discover that your volume is too low because of the operating systems on some phones. The most popular solution for Android devices is to disable Bluetooth Absolute Volume in your phone’s settings. This might be found in your phone’s developer options for some devices.

  • Why won’t my Bluetooth headphones pair with one another?
Your device’s Bluetooth setting should be disabled. Earbuds will automatically turn on when you remove them from the case. To manually sync them, double-press the left and right earbuds at the same time. NOTE: Give it another shot if it doesn’t work the first time.
