MEDLINE Upright Folding Walkers with 5 Inch Wheels
Product Information
The MDSUPWALK, MDSUPWALKR, and MDSUPWALKJR are folding upright walkers with 5 wheels. They are available in chrome and red frame colors. The weight capacity of each walker is 300 lb (136 kg).
Product Usage Instructions
- Open the Walker:
- Unfold the frame completely, ensuring the sides click and lock into place.
- Attach Front & Rear Legs:
- Insert the leg with skis into the rear of the walker frame.
- Insert the leg with wheels labeled ‘R’ into the front of the walker frame until secure.
- Repeat for the ‘L’ labeled leg.
- Set Desired Height:
- Check all four legs to make sure the push buttons are set at the same level.
- Make sure all 4 leg extensions (with or without wheels) are set at the same overall desired height.
- Attach Armrests:
- Press the push button and slide the longer tube into the tubing on the back of the walker.
- Lower the armrest into the tubing. Make sure the pushbutton clicks into the hole to ensure it is locked.
- Snap the front part of the armrest onto the horizontal bar of the walker.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Set Desired Armrest Handle Length:
- Remove the C-clip and move the handle to the desired length.
- Insert the C-clip to secure the handle.

Open the Walker
Unfold frame completely ensuring the sides “click” and lock into place.
Attach Front & Rear Legs
- Insert leg with skis into the rear of the walker frame.
- Insert leg w/ wheels labeled ‘R’ into the front of the walker frame until secure.
Repeat for ‘L’ labeled leg
Set Desired Height
Check all four legs to make sure the push buttons are set at the same level .

Attach Armrests

Set Desired Armrest Handle Length
