Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This product can be used by children at the age of 8 years and older if they are supervised or if they were instructed regarding use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand possible risks. Children must not play with the appliance. User cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children if they are younger than 8 year and unsupervised. Children younger than 8 years must be kept out of reach of the appliance and its power cord.
- The device may be used by persons with reduced physical or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge only if they are under supervision or they have been instructed about using the appliance safely and understand the potential dangers. Children must play with the appliance.
- Before replacing accessories or accessible parts, which move during operation, before assembly and disassembly, before cleaning or maintenance, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the power cord from the power socket!
- Do not leave the appliance plugged in power supply without supervision!
- If the power cord of the appliance is corrupted, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician or a similarly qualified person so as to prevent dangerous situations.
- Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, if it fell down and was damaged and it is leaking. In this case take the appliance to a special service to check its safety and proper function.
- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose.This appliance is not fit for commercial use.
- Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
- When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
- Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead).
- To protect children from the dangers posed by electrical appliances, make sure that the cable is hanging low and that children do not have access to the appliance.
- Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
- Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.
- Pay careful attention to the following “Special Safety Instructions for this unit“.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS UNIT
- Check that the mains voltage corresponds with the rating of the appliance before operating.
- Do not touth hot surfaces – Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cords,plugs or appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not leave any appliance unattended while it is operating.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use or before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on taking off any parts.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug,or after the appliance has been damaged in any manner. If the supply cord or appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manuafacturer or its servise agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or let it come into contact with any hot surfaces.
- No liability can be accepted for any damage cause by noncompliance with these instructions or any other improper use mishandling.
- Do not introduce any foreign objects into the housing or try to open the housing yourself.
- Ensure that if an extension cord is used,it is suitable for the power supply, as this could cause overheating if it is not suited.
- Ensure that the unit is set on a flat,heat-proof surface,away from open flame.
- Do not operate the appliance near or below curtains or other flammable material to avoid a fire hazard.
- caution: The appliance is in operation when it is plugged into the socket. Once you have nished using the appliance,ensure that the plug is removed from the socket.
- When the appliance is in operation, prevent pets, plants or insects to get in contact with it.
IMPORTANT WARNING
- Do not start operating the unit until you have placed water into the cooking bowl.
- Parts become extremely hot during operation.(especially the toasting skewer and cooking bowl). Ensure that hands are protected with oven gloves when removing the sausages.
- Do not let power cord come into contact with the heated parts of the appliance during cooking.
- Do not overfill the cooking bowl as boiling water is likely to splash out.
- Ensure the appliance is under constant supervision, the toasting skewer can burn.
DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROLS
- P1 Water bowl

INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Before starting operation for the first Time.
- Carefully unpack the hot dog maker and remove all packing materials.
- Wash the lid and steaming container in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Wipe the housing and warming rod with a damp cloth or sponge.
Note: Do not immerse the housing in water or any other liquid.
Control:
- Off Position – position 0
- Only Water Bowl On – position 1
- Only Warming Rod On – position 2
- Both Water Bowl and Warming Road On – position 3
Heating sausages
- Fill the water bowl with cold water up to the maximum marking.
- Place the steaming container onto the water bowl.
- Place the sausages into the container. Do not put more 12 sausages of normal size into container.
- Place the lid onto the container.
- Connect the mains plug to the appropriate socket and switch on the unit. Select a setting using the control switch as described above in “Control”.
- Heat the sausages for about 8-10 minutes. The heating times will vary depending on the number and size of the sausages and whether they are frozen or deep cooled to start with.
- Remove the lid from the container and remove the sausages using an appropriate utensil.
- Slide the control switch to off position „0“.
Making hot dogs
- When the sausages are cooked, remove the cover carefully from the container. Take out the sausages using kitchen tongs or a similar kitchen tool. Do not attempt to take the sausages out with your hands!
- Roll can be heated during the sausage heating period. When exchanging rolls, do not touch the roll heater, it is hot!
- Serve the hot dogs with your favourite garnish, such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, roasted onions, sliced cucumber etc.
Using the Egg Cooking accessories
- Fill the water bowl to the Max-Water level mark.
- Place whole eggs in shells onto the holes in the egg cooking insert, then lower into the steaming container using the handle.
- Cover with the lid and switch on to position „1“.
- Cook for 8 – 9 minutes for a „soft-boiled“ result, and 13 – 15 minutes for a „hard-boiled“ result.
- When cooked, switch off – position „0“ and unplug at the power outlet.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always unplug the electrical cord from the outlet and let the unit cool down before cleaning.
- Clean the whole unit with dump cloth. Steam dish, boiling dish, lid, and egg adaptor can be washed warm soup water solution. Let air-dry completelly.
- Never submerge the whole unit in water or other liquids.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The device is not working
- Check that the mains connection cable is firmly plugged in.
- Check the positions of the switches.
