Dear customer, thank you for purchasing our product. Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep these instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

SAFETY WARNINGS

  • Consider the instructions in the user’s manual as a part of the appliance and provide it to other users of the appliance.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

  • Children older than 3 years old may not use the appliance, if the control is not set by a parent or guardian, or if the child was not sufficiently instructed how to operate safely the control device. Children up to 3 years old are not able to react to overheating.

  • Before cleaning or maintenance, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains by pulling the power cord from the power socket!

  • If the power cord of the appliance is corrupted, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician or a similarly qualified person so as to prevent dangerous situations.

  • Never use the appliance if its power cord or plug is damaged, if it does not work properly, if it fell down and was damaged and it is leaking. In this case take the appliance to a special service to check its safety and proper function.

  • CAUTION – Do not use the appliance with a program, time switch or any other part that turns the appliance on automatically as there is a risk of fire if the appliance is not covered or placed properly.

  • After finishing work and before cleaning, always switch off the appliance and disconnect it from power supply by taking the power cord connector out of the electric socket.

  • The product is intended for home use and similar (in shops, offices and similar workplaces, in hotels, motels and other residential environments, in facilities providing accommodation with breakfast). It is not intended for commercial use!

  • This appliance is not intended for outdoor use.

  • Do not use the appliance for heating of rooms!

  • It is not permissible to adjust the surface of the appliance in any way

  • Make sure the power supply meets the voltage marked on the label before power on the appliance.

  • Use the device only a dry body.

  • Do not use the appliance if it is damp or wet.

  • A network of wires is inside the appliance. Avoid sharp angle bending. Damaged heating cable may cause fire or injury.

  • Do not fold the heating blanket, if switched on; let it cool down before storage.

  • If you use the heating blanket in a non-standard manner, for example folded or creased, overheating may occur. In such case, thermal protection will activate, and the heating blanket will switch off. Never repair the appliance by yourself. It is necessary to bring the appliance to the nearest service centre. Only the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s service technician may repair the appliance.

  • Do not use pins and prevent the heating blanket from getting in contact with sharp items or being hit with blunt objects. Never fix the heating blanket to other items using pins or metal items.

  • Do not immerse the heating blanket and controller (or any part of them) in water or other liquids!

  • The appliance must not be used while you sleep!

  • Do not lift and move the appliance by holding the controller cord.

  • The appliance is not deigned for uninterrupted use.

  • Do not use the heating blanket under blanket.

  • To avoid suffering burns, do not let incapacitated persons, children, persons not sensitive to heat and persons under influence of sedatives use the product.

  • Do not switch on the appliance if any items are on the top of the heating blanket to prevent overheating.

  • While the heating blanket is switched on, the controller must not be covered by blanket, pillow, etc. and such items must not be put on the top of the heating blanket.

  • Do not iron the heating blanket. Avoid damaging the heating wire insulation.

  • Provide sufficient air circulation between the skin and the unit surface when in use.

  • Never use along with other heat production devices (such as heating foot, or hot-water bottle); do not heat up other item using the heating blanket.

  • This appliance has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful in using this appliance.

  • Too long application time may result in skin burns.

  • Follow your feelings while using the heating blanket. If you feel unpleasant, uncomfortable or if you feel pain, immediately interrupt using.

  • If you experience any health problems (for example edemas or swellings), consult using the appliance with your physician.

  • Do not unplug the power plug by pulling the power cord.

  • The product is not intended for use medical in hospitals.

  • The heating blanket’s service life is 8 years under normal conditions. If the said period is exceeded, the manufacturer recommends replacing the heating blanket with a new one.
    The product, which was incorrectly used or was otherwise damaged, should be repaired before further use.

  • Do not use creased.

  • The environment temperature should be no more than 40 degrees.

  • Do not use the unit in wet rooms (e.g. a bathroom).

  • Use only with a blanket control unit (controller), which it is intended.

  • Never leave the blanket exposed to weather conditions (rain, frost, direct sun radiation, etc.).

  • The power cord must not be damaged with sharp or hot objects, open fire, it must not be sunk into water or bent over sharp edges.

  • If you need to use an extension cord, it has to be uncorrupted and it has to comply with the valid standards.

  • Check the condition of the power cord of the appliance regularly.

  • In order to ensure safety and proper function of the appliance, use only original spare parts and accessories approved by the manufacturer.

  • Use this appliance only for the purpose for which it was designed as specified in this user‘s manual. Never use the appliance for any other purpose.

  • WARNING: There is a risk of injury in case of incorrect use (not in accordance with the manual) of the appliance.

  • All text in other languages and pictures shown on the packaging, or the product itself, are translated and explained at the end of this language mutation.

  • The producer does not guarantee any loss caused by improper handling of the appliance and its accessories (e. g. electrical accident, fire) and its guarantee for the appliance does not apply in the case of non–compliance with the safety instructions above.

Description

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Remove all packaging material, remove the appliance. Remove all adhesive foils, stickers or paper from the appliance.

CONTROL:
Button ON/OFF ” ” (B2)
Pressing and holding this button (about 3 seconds) will put the appliance into operation.
Having finished using the appliance by pressing and holding the button (about 3 seconds),
turn it off, and unplug the appliance from the outlet by pulling out the fork of the supply cord from the socket.

Note:
After turning on the appliance, “3” will appear on display B1.

button TEMP to set temperature (B3)

  • set the temperature (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) by button B3,
  • the temperature interval is 30 – 45 °C.

Use:

  • Fully uncoil the power cord.

  • Connect the cable with the controller to the blanket and then appliance to mains (make sure that the power supply cord is not damaged). Place the controller so that it could be easily accessible.

  • Place the appliance on the part of your body that you wish to warm up. Switch on the appliance by long pressing B2 button.

  • Set the operation temperature by pressing B3 button. The temperature is shown on B1 display. We recommend beginning with a lower level of power and then increasing it as
    needed.

  • After 90 minutes the heating pad switches off automatically.

  • The heating pad may be switched off at any time by pressing and holding B2 button (about 3 seconds).

Note:

  • Use level 1 for long-term operation. Higher levels of power are designed for short-term operation or to reach the required temperature faster.

MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the controller B from the heating blanket A. Wipe the controller B with a damp cloth. The heating blanket A may be machine washed. However we recommend handwashing to prolong the appliance service life. Never use any aggressive cleaning agents and industrial solvents for cleaning. After washing, hang the blanket over clothesline (do not use pins) and let it completely dry.

Washing the blanket in a washing machine

Before washing the heating blankets, make sure that the blankets are in a good working condition and are not damaged.

  1. Take the blankets from the bed and disconnect the detachable connector to make sure that the controller and power cord are not connected to the blankets.
  2. Put the blankets in the washing machine as when washing clothing. You can put the whole blankets in the washing machine, however, it is necessary to disconnect and take the switch out.
  3. After 10 – 15 minutes of washing, stop the washing machine and let the blankets dry (Do not try to speed up the drying by switching the blanket on!).
  4. Make sure the blankets are dry and connect the detachable connector.

Notes:

  • Make sure the washing machine is clean.
  • The temperature of the water in the washing machine should be in the range of 25 °C – 40 °C. If the water temperature is higher, it will damage the body of the heating blankets. Recommended temperature is 30 °C.
  • Do not put any pins and sharp objects that could destroy the heating blankets to the washing machine with the blankets.
  • Do not operate the blanket if it is wet.

Storing the unit
Unplug the unit from the mains after use, let it cool down and store it in a safe dry location, out of the reach of children. The supply cable must not be wound around the unit control!

The device does not work

  • Check whether the wall outlet is powered. You can use another electrical appliance to do so.
  • Make sure the power cord is not damaged.
