We are excited to start rolling out our software updates for Mini Med 770G customers wishing to upgrade to Mini Med 780G. This will be done in a phased approach over 3 phases in Q2 2022.
Phase One will be for users that have access to selected compatible devices from Samsung and Google – the Phase One compatible devices can be found here.

If you have not already done so, please take a minute to complete a guick feedback form letting us know which mobile device you have so we can assign you to the correct phase.
If you have access to a device listed as a Phase One compatible device, please indicate that in the form – it does not need to be the device you use with MiniMed Mobile for the update. We can then include you in Phase One.
The information we need can be found in your mobile phone as follows:

• Apple Model Name
  Settings > General >About> Model Name

• Apple Model Number
  Settings> General> About> Model number

• Apple Software
  Settings > General >About> Software Version

• Android Model Name
  Settings > About phone > Device name

• Android Model Number
  Depends on the manufacturers. Here are some example.

• Samsung
  Settings> About phone> Model number (this is the SMxxx number)

• Google
  Settings> About phone> Regulatory labels > Model

• Android Software
  Settings> About phone > Software information > Android version

Terms and Conditions

1. MimMed 770G cus.to mers currently using or starting Medtronic Guardian Sens.or 3 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) at any time during the 770G warranty period will be eligible for the 780G software update at no charge from Medtronic.

2. Please note that the software upgrade primarily relates to the functionality wh1!e using CGM.

3. You will require consent from your Healthcare Professional in order to access this upgrade (which includes determming the clinical settings) when !’.tarting Mm1Med 780G with Smartguard™. Further details will follow including a 780G Order Form for completion.
   Warranty dates do not reset. The warranty date of an insvlin pvmp vpgraded with the software will remain the same as the warranty date of the initial pvmp purchased.

4. This software offer vpgrade to M1rnMed 780G only applies to customers vsing Medtronic Gvardian Sensor 3 CGM from Min1Med 770G.
