THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING HAZER 900 2019. FOR SAFETY REASONS AND TO ENSURE THE TROUBLE-FREE OPERATION, CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Attention:

  • Please obey all notices about the operation, safety, and repair to avoid getting an electric shock and keep the excellent effect. Keep clean. For indoor use only. The power must same as located. Put in the horizontal direction and don’t incline or place upside down. Pull out the plug after use. The unit is not waterproof, if there are same humidity, water, or fog liquid in, please switch off the power and contact the distributor as soon as possible.

  • There are no spare parts inside the machine. If you need to repair it, please contact the distributor or professional repair works. Defective main cables may only be replaced by specialists. The danger of shock hazard! Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly since it can become a source of danger for children playing with it.

  • The accident prevention regulations and the regulations of the employers’ liability insurance association should be observed at commercial institutions. If you are not sure about the correct connection or if questions arise which are not answered by the operating instructions, please do not hesitate to contact support or a special of your choice. Consult a specialist if you are in doubt about the operating principle or the safety of the product.

  • Only adults operate. Keep out of the reach of children and be particularly attentive during operation. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
    Don’t spray it on people directly and far away from the fire.
    The temperature of the sprayer is very high so keep the space between the machine and other materials ‚ things more than 300cm.

    Do not point to the strong light output from other fixtures at the HAZER 900 2019, as intense illumination can damage the parts.

  • Shield or shade the head if necessary.

  • Put the machine in a well-ventilated place and don’t cover the cooling holes to ensure sufficient cooling. Keep a minimum distance of 1m around the unit to ensure sufficient cooling.

  • The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus. Do not obstruct the
    ventilation openings or the fans with objects such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. Do not put any heat-generating devices or open fires such as candles on the unit. The unit should only be used in moderate climates.

  • Don’t add tinder liquid such as oil, gas, perfume and etc. to a fog machine. Pay attention to all notices signs and operation instructions on all machines.

  • Please use the high-quality fog liquid recommended by distributors. Bad-quality fog liquid may get blast or spray oil.
    Often check whether there has enough fag liquid. Get out all fag liquid before transport or post.

  • Don’t eat fog liquid otherwise see the doctor immediately. Use clean water to wash skin and eyes once fag liquid touches them.

INSTALLATION

  1. Open the carton to check whether all necessary spare parts include according to the specification list. Please contact the distributor if there is something missing.

  2. Check the appearance of the machine and power line to see whether they have the same obvious damage. Please contact the distributor once you find something and stop to use the fog machine.

  3. Take away all packing material, especially the spray mouth.

  4. Set in the horizontal direction and open the cover of the liquid can.

  5. Add high-quality fog liquid to the machine and screw the cover of the liquid can. Bad-quality fog liquid will damage the fog machine.
    Use only recommended by the manufacturer (see website).

  6. Plug the remote control receiver into the remote control socket on the rear panel of the unit.

OPERATION

  1. Connect the power lead to the power socket with the earth line. The machine will start heating.

  2. You have to wait sometime (about 10 minutes) until the machine has sufficiently warmed up. Press the „A” or „B” key on the remote controller. The machine will spray
    fog and the LEDs will light in different colors. Press it as long as you need. For safety reasons, the pump will only work when the machine is hot enough.

  3. Can set the machine in a high place (with a bracket) or on the ground. Do not spray fog on people directly and the lean angle should be less than 15°C.

  4. Often check whether there is enough fag liquid in the tank. The unit might be seriously damaged if it operates without fog liquid.

  5. If the fag is small, the plum has noise, or there has no fog, please power off and check the fog liquid, fuse, the connector of the remote console, and the power plug. If the problem could not be solved after checking these parts, please stop checking and send it back to the distributor for repair. Repair: Please clean the fog machine to avoid damage to spare parts and decrease the repair charge.
    Don’t let the fag machine become dirty.
    Close the cap of the liquid can after adding fag liquid.
    After about 40 hours of continual use, please use 80% distilled water and 20% vinegar to clean the dirt in the refractory pipe.
    Disassemble the spray mouth and use vinegar to clean it to keep expedited before the heat. Reequip the spray mouth after cooling and add fag liquid for next use. Others:
    Clean regularly to extend the lifetime of the machine. Use dry cloths to clean the machine and keep it dry while starting. Unplug the machine from the mains prior to cleaning, refilling the tank, changing the fuse, repairing, or doing any other maintenance.

  Operating Adjustment
The Control Panel
All the settings possible with the machine are accessed by using the control panel on the front of the fixture. There are 6 control buttons below the LCD display which provide
functionality and allow you to navigate through the various control panel menus.

To navigate the LCD control menu options, use the FUNCTION button to scroll through the various menu options. Then to scroll through menu options with selectable values, use the UP/DOWN buttons. Press the FUNCTION button to save any changes made and return to the navigation menu.
Note : once a DMX signal is received, manual mode is deactivated and the buttons

TIMER, START/STOP, and MANUAL are locked.
Tip: if the interval duration in timed operation is set for a very short time (less than 20 seconds), it is possible that fog liquid left in the fog nozzle will still be evaporating during the pause. This may it difficult to recognize any break in the fog output.

DMX Configuration

  1. Press FUNCTION repeatedly until DMX512 Add. Shows on the display.
  2. Use UP/DOWN to select the starting address 1-512 Main Features

Set the Output Volume

  1. Press FUNCTION repeatedly until the volume set shows on the display
  2. Use UP/DOWN to select an output volume percentage (1%-100%)
  3. You can now press the START/STOP button to initiate this output

Set the Fan Speed

  1. Press FUNCTION repeatedly until the fan speed set shows on the display.
  2. Use UP/DOWN to select a total speed percentage (1%-100%)

Time Mode

  1. Press TIMER and the display will show a countdown of the interval time
  2. When the interval countdown reaches zero (0), the unit will start the duration countdown, producing haze for the amount of time set in the duration set.

Interval and Duration
Interval setting controls the period of time in between timed haze outputs (in seconds), while duration settings are used to control the actual period of time of the timed haze output (in seconds) while using timer mode.

  1. Press FUNCTION repeatedly until Interval Set or Duration Set shows ON THE DISPLAY.
  2. Use UP/DOWN to select the number of seconds (0-200).
  3. Press the TIME button to try your newly configured timer settings.

Cleaning instructions

  1. You should follow these instructions after approximately 40 hours of use.
  2. Take off the nozzle heating the haze machine, and clean.
  3. To clean the tank, pour in and run a solution of 80% distilled water and 20% white vinegar through the machine. When empty turn off the machine.
  4. Wait for it to cool down, and re-install the nozzle, and you can now add more liquid to prepare for its next use.
