PREPARATION FOR USE
Remove all the packing material and take out the accessories. Remove all possible adhesion foils, stick-on labels, or paper from the appliance. Before the first use, wash the parts that will be in contact with food in hot water with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and wipe it dry.
Holder (H)
Mount the holder on the wall using the supplied dowels and screws. Make sure
that there is no electricity, telephone, or plumbing fitting under the plaster
at the place of mounting the holder.
Electronic revolutions regulation (A3)
By turning the regulator from – to + you can continuously change the speed of
the motor revolutions.
Mounting and removal of the mixing adapter (B)
Slide mixing adapter B to drive unit A, then fix it by turning it (Fig. 2).
Remove the adapter in the opposite direction.
Mounting and removal of beater (C, C1)
Slide the shaft of beater C to gear C1, then slide the gear to drive unit A
and fix it by turning it (Fig. 3). Remove the adapter in the opposite
direction.
Mixing container (F) and lid (F1)
You can use lid F1 either as a lid for container F if you want to store food
(e.g. in a fridge) or you can use it as an anti-slip base if you set the lid
on the container bottom (Fig. 7).
Chopping container (E) and lid (D)
Set lid D on container E so that the blocking pressed holes on its edge snap
directly in the blocking protrusions in the container. When you take the lid
out, use the opposite direction.
USING ACCESSORIES
Please consider the following tips for preparing food as examples and
inspiration,
the purpose of which is not to provide instructions, but to show various
possibilities of preparing food. The times of food preparation (processing)
are only approximate and they range from seconds to minutes. Choose the amount
of processed food so that the maximum volume of the containers marked with the
gauge line is not exceeded. A bigger amount of processed food has to be
divided into several doses and the volume of the containers has to be checked
regularly.
Any time you work with the appliance, do not forget to put anti-slip base F1
under the mixing container F.
We recommend stopping work from time to time, switching off the appliance, and
removing possible food that was stuck onto the mixing/whisking adapter, the
sickle-shaped knife, the containers, or the lid (see par. I. SAFETY
WARNING ).
After finishing work, disconnect the appliance from the power supply by taking
the connector of power cord A2 out of the electric socket. Containers E/F are
suitable for use in a microwave oven.
Mixing adapter (B)
Be careful, knife edges are very sharp! The mixer is intended for mixing
juices, milkshakes, milk, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, children‘s and dietary
food, for making purée, etc.
ATTENTION: The maximum time of processing is 1 minute. Then wait for 10 – 15
minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
Hold stick mixer A in your hand and put mixing adapter B into container F
filled with food.
By pushing switch A1 you will start the drive unit. When working, move the
mixer into the container to process the food thoroughly. Food is processed in
about 10 seconds to 1 minute. After finishing work, release the switch, remove
the adapter from the container and clean it.
Recommendation
– It is recommended to cut tough ingredients into small pieces. Do not process
very hard materials (e.g. ice cubes, etc.). The knife would be blunt soon.
– Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water
before processing.
– The longer you process the food with the mixer, the smoother the result will
be.
– In the case of liquids that create foam (e.g. milk), never fill container F
up to the „MAX“ gauge mark to prevent overflowing.
– If you are not satisfied with the result, switch off the appliance, mix the
ingredients with a spatula, take some part of the ingredients or add a little
liquid.
Amount of the food and processing times
Food | Max.amount | Time |
---|---|---|
Baby food, soups, and sauces | 100 – 500 ml | 60 sec. |
Shakes and mixed drinks | 100 – 500 ml | 60 sec. |
Fruits and vegetables | 100 – 200 g | 30 sec. |
Batters | 100 – 500 ml | 60 sec. |
Beater (C, C1)
It is intended for whisking eggs, egg whites, whipping cream, creams,
puddings, runny dough, and similar food. Do not use the beater for whisking
tough dough!
ATTENTION: The maximum time of processing is 2 minutes. Then wait for 10
– 15 minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
Hold stick mixer A in your hand and put beater C into container F filled with
food. Start the beater by pushing switch A1. When working, move the beater in
the container to process the food thoroughly. Food is processed in about 10
seconds to 2 minutes. After finishing work, release the switch, remove the
beater from the container and clean it.
Recommendation
– When beating egg whites, use eggs at room temperature! If beating is not
optimal, make sure that the beater is not greasy, or add a little lemon juice
or salt.
– Cool down cream and whipping cream to at least 6 °C.
Amount of the food and processing times
Food | Max.amount | Time |
---|---|---|
Cream | 250 ml | 70 – 90 sec. |
Egg whites | 4 pcs | 120 sec. |
Sickle-shaped knife (G)
Be careful, knife edges are very sharp! Do not use the knife for processing
any dough! The knife is intended for chopping (mincing), mixing, and blending
all kinds of tough food (e.g. fruit, vegetables, nuts, almonds, deboned meat,
tendons, and skin, or for preparing purée).
ATTENTION: The maximum time of processing is 1 minute. Then wait for 10 –
15 minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
Hold knife G at the upper plastic part, remove the protective lid and put it
in container E so that it is inserted on the central shaft E1 (Fig. 4). Put
food into the container. Put lid D on the container so that the protrusions on
the container snap into the pressed holes. Set on the drive unit A in the same
way. By pushing switch A1 you will start the drive unit. Food will be
processed in about 10 seconds to 1 minute. After finishing work, remove the
knife in the opposite direction.
Recommendation
– Before processing, cut bigger pieces of food into cubes of about 3 x 3 x 3
cm.
– Never crush very hard ingredients with the sickle-shaped knife, such as
coffee beans, nutmeg, ice cubes, etc.! The knife would be blunt soon.
– Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water
before processing.
– The longer you process the food, the smoother the result will be.
– If you chop hard cheese or chocolate, work for a short time. It is because
the ingredients are heated excessively by chopping, that they become softer
and they can become lumpy.
Amount of the food and processing times
Food | Max.amount | Time | Speed |
---|---|---|---|
Herbs | 50 g | 10 x 1 sec. | min – max |
Onions & eggs | 150 g | 7 x 1 sec. | min – max |
Meat | 250 g (max) | 10 sec. | max |
Nuts | 200 g | 40 sec. | max |
Cheese | 50 – 100 g (max) | 15 sec. | max |
STORING DRIVE UNIT
Put drive unit A to the holder with adapter B attached. Wind supply cable A2 and then put it in the hole (Fig 5).
MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance from the power supply by taking the plug of the power
cord out of a socket! Do not use rough and aggressive detergents!
Clean drive unit A, gear C1, and lid D with a soft and wet cloth with a little
detergent. Make sure that water does not get inside the appliance! Wash the
accessories in hot water with detergent right after use, rinse them in clean
water and wipe it till dry (you can also wash accessories C, E, F, F1, and G
in a dishwasher – but not mixer B). The end piece with the shaft of mixer B
must not be immersed during cleaning (Fig. 6).
Be very careful when cleaning mixing adapter B and sickle-shaped knife G. Make
sure that the cutting edges of the accessories are not in contact with hard
objects that make them blunt and thus they reduce their effectiveness.
Some food can color the accessories in some way. But this does not affect the
function of the appliance and it is not a reason for a claim. This coloring
usually disappears after some time. Never dry plastic moldings over a heat
source (e.g. heater, electric/gas stove).
Store the appliance after cleaning at a dry, dust-free, and safe place, out of
reach of children and incapacitated people.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
If the dimensions allow, there are labels of materials used for the production
of packing, components, and accessories as well as their recycling on all
parts. The symbols specified on the product or in the accompanying
documentation mean that the used electrical or electronic products must not be
disposed of together with municipal waste. For proper disposal, hand them over
at the special collection places where they will be accepted free of charge.
Suitable disposal of the product can help to maintain valuable natural
resources and to prevent possible negative impacts on the environment and
human health, which could be the possible consequences of improper waste
disposal. Ask for more details at the local authorities or at a collection
site. Fines can be imposed for improper disposal of this type of waste in
agreement with the national regulations.
If the appliance is to be put out of operation for good, after disconnecting
it from the power supply we recommend cutting off the power cord, and in this
way, it will not be possible to use the appliance again.
More extensive maintenance or maintenance requiring intervention in the inner parts of the appliance must be carried out by professional service!
Failure to comply with the instructions of the manufacturer will lead to the expiration of the right to guarantee repair!
