USE OF THE ACCESSORIES

Whipping beaters (B)
  • Use: Whisking egg whites, mousse, creams, whipping creams, sponge cake dough/ batter, mashes, etc.
  • Switch level: 1 – 5, whipping time about 1 – 5 minutes
  • Insertion: Insert the beaters to the respective holes A3 in the lower part of the drive to the maximum position. Release the whisks by pressing the release button A1.

Recommendation

  • When whipping, use the substances at room temperature.
  • First, put liquid ingredients to the bowl and only then put solid ingredients in to achieve the best results.
  • First, whip at low speed so that the dough does not splash out. Only then you can go to a higher speed.
  • If beating is not optimal, make sure that the beater is not greasy, or add a little lemon juice or salt.
  • Cool the cream or whipping cream to at least 6 °C (at least 200 ml) before processing.
  • We recommend using a narrow container for whipping cream.
  • Never use whipping beaters for mixing tough materials, such as yeast dough.
Kneading hooks (C)
  • Use: Preparing spreads, mixing potatoes, spinach, mixing dough, etc.
  • Switch level: 1 – 3, kneading time about 1 – 5 minutes.
  • Insertion: Mutual position is given by their construction; for this reason, mutual interchangeability of the hooks in the holes is not possible. Insert the hooks to the respective holes A3 in the lower part of the drive to the maximum position. Release the hooks by pressing the release button A1.

Recommendation

  • When kneading, use the substances at room temperature.
  • First mix yeast in lukewarm milk. As soon as the dough gets into the shape of a ball, stop kneading as you are used to, or leave the dough to rise according to the recipe.
  • When preparing the tough dough, we recommend putting loose ingredients in the bowl first for better mixing and then adding liquid ingredients.

Warning

  • Switch on the appliance only when accessories B, C, and D are immersed in the processed ingredients.
  • The hooks and whisks can be released from the propulsion unit only when the speed selector A1 is in position 0 an M.
  • For whipping, only one whipping beater can be used in a suitable container.
  • Choose the size of the container according to the amount of the prepared mass.
  • When preparing a larger amount of dough (max. 0.5 kg / 1 batch) process it in several batches. Under no circumstances should you prepare more than two batches after each other.
  • Various types of flour may differ significantly in the number of liquids needed and the stickiness of the dough may have a major effect on the loading of the hand mixer. If you hear that the hand mixer is being excessively loaded, turn it off, remove half the dough and process each half separately.
An immersion blender (D)

MAINTENANCE

Before any handling with the appliance or its maintenance, switch off the appliance and unplug the power supply cord from the electric socket. Do not use rough and aggressive detergents! Clean the drive unit with a soft and wet cloth with a little detergent. Make sure that water does not get inside the appliance. wash the other accessories right after use in hot water with a little detergent added, rinse them with clean water and wipe them till dry (you can also use a dishwasher – not for the blender D). The end with the thread of the blender D must not be immersed during cleaning. Work very carefully when cleaning the blender, the knife is very sharp! Make sure that the cutting edges of the blender do not come in touch with hard objects that blunt them and thus decrease their effectiveness. Some ingredients can color the accessories in some way. But this does not affect the function of the appliance and it is not a reason for a claim. This coloring usually disappears in some time. Never dry plastic moldings over a heat source (e.g. heater, stove, radiator). If the power cord becomes dirty, wipe it with a damp cloth.

Storing the appliance and accessories
