Why is there no video output ?
- Pis make sure your USB-C devices support video output.
- Pis make sure the connection is good.
- Pis use a standard HDMI cable.
Why is there no audio output from HDMI?
- Pis make sure if there’s audio output on the Monitor.
- Pis set the external monitor as default audio output device.
Note
- The USB-C source devices (mobile/notebook/tablet PC) must support OTG.
- For Video output, USB-C source devices must support video output.
- 4Kx2K@60Hz video display, need your computer support DisplayPort (DP) v1 .4 (HBR3).
- Please update Mac OS of your MacBook to Catalina (10.15.1) or above for better compatibility.
