F&Q

Why is there no video output ?

1. Pis make sure your USB-C devices support video output.
2. Pis make sure the connection is good.
3. Pis use a standard HDMI cable.

Why is there no audio output from HDMI?

1. Pis make sure if there’s audio output on the Monitor.
2. Pis set the external monitor as default audio output device.

Note

1. The USB-C source devices (mobile/notebook/tablet PC) must support OTG.
2. For Video output, USB-C source devices must support video output.
3. 4Kx2K@60Hz video display, need your computer support DisplayPort (DP) v1 .4 (HBR3).
4. Please update Mac OS of your MacBook to Catalina (10.15.1) or above for better compatibility.
