Product Introduction

This is a Type-C 6-in-1 hub with 2×HDMI, 2×USB-A, RJ45 and Type-C female port, providing an ideal solution for extending the port of Type-C or Thunderbolt 3 host  (PC/ Laptop/Mobile phone,etc.), especially for those host with a single Type-C port. Its captive cable can be wrapped on the bottom, bringing customers great user  experience and convenience. This hub can output HDMI video with dual max 4K/30Hz and at the meanwhile transfer USB 3.1 data with max 5Gbps. 2 USB-A ports allow  you to connect 2 USB devices simultaneously.RJ45 port allows the host to get access to Gigabit Ethernet. Besides, the Type-C female supports PD 3.0 with max 100W PD Charging. It can work on all DP Alt mode supported Type-C host.

   Max 5Gbps data transmission per port, Support max 7.5W(5V/1.5A) downstream charging the port close to Type-C male ，another port supports max 900mA downstream charging. 2 USB-A share max 1.5A output

   Support Dual 4K/30Hz under SST mode
   Support Dual 4K/30Hz under MST mode
   Support 8/10 bit color depth output
   Note: When connecting a DP1.4 Alt mode supported host, the max resolution of HDMI is 4k/60Hz; When connecting a DP1.2 Alt mode supported host, the max resolution of HDMI is 4k/30Hz due to bandwidth limitation

3. RJ45
   Support Gigabit Ethernet,10M/100M/1000M, Support Wake-On-LAN Light indicator indicates the state, no light when no Internet connected, orange light turns on when network connection is established, green light flashes when transmitting data

4. Type-C Female x1 (for PD Charging)
   Support max 100W PD charging, 13W is dedicated to the functioning of this product, the rest power (max 87W) will be passed to charge for the host

FAQ

A. Why is there no video output?

1. Pls make sure your USB-C source devices support video output
2. Pls check the connection is good
3. Pls use standard HDMI cable

B. Why is there no audio output from HDMI port?

1. Pls make sure that there is audio output function on the monitor.
2. Pls set the external monitor as default audio output device.

C. Sometimes WiFi stopped working while hard disk connected to hub, how to do?
R: 2.4G network is easily disturbed. You can switch to 5G network.
Or you can adjust the placement of the hard disk, move to suitable place.
D. Win10 system, if one of display does not display, how to do
R: Right click desktop > Graphics Settings > Select One or More Active Displays
E. If USB driver cannot be identified, how to do?
R: Restart the computer and reconnect the product
F. If speed is too slow when connect hard disk, how to do?
R1: Plug and pull out for more times
R2: Restart the computer and reconnect the hard disk
G. If display stopped after connect high current hard disk, how to do?
R: Must be charged. Please supply power by power adapter.
