START

  • Power ON/OFF
    • Press the power button 2-3 seconds to turn on the netbook. Select the language and follow the start up guide to set up the device.
    • Press the power button for 2-3 seconds until the screen display power off and restart options. Click power off to turn off the netbook.
    • If the netbook freeze, press and hold the power button 6-8 seconds to do a forced shutdown.
  • Battery
    • A rechargeable Li-ion polymer battery is installed in the netbook.
    • We suggest you drain the battery completely once a month if you only use your netbook occasionally.
    • DO NOT dispose of the netbook in fire.
    • Charge the device fully each time to increase the battery life.
    • You can charge the device even if the device has some power left in it, as the battery does not need to be fully drained to charge.
    • A full charge will use an average of 3 hours.
    • Sleep Mode
    • Simply press the power button one time to switch the netbook to Sleep mode when the netbook is ON; press again to wake it up.
  • Tips:
    • Go to setting-Display-Screen timeout to adjust automatic sleep settings.

Wallpapers, Home Settings and Screenshot

  • Wallpaper
    Tap and hold the cursor in any blank area on the home screen and you will see a pop-up, menu. You can choose a wallpaper & style from the gallery or your downloaded files. Select the one which you like to be the wallpaper.

  • Home Settings
    Tap and hold the cursor in any black area of the home screen and a pop-up menu will appear. Tap HOME Settings to
    enable/disable add app icons to the home screen.
    Tips:
    Tap an icon and move it on the top of another icon can create a new folder on the home screen. Open the folder; click “Edit Name” to rename the folder.

APP MANAGEMENT

App Download and Installation

  • Tap and open Play Store on the home screen;
  • Log in with your Google account; search and download the apps you need.

Move an App
Tap and hold the app, then slide to desired screen

Remove an App from the Home Screen
Tap and hold the App, then slide to the X toremove it from your home screen.

Uninstall an App
Tap and hold the app, Then slide to thetrash bin to uninstall the app

Clear the App Cache

  1. go to setting-Apps-See all apps

INTERNET NAVIGATION

  1. Please make sure the device is connected to a working WI-FI network before trying to browse the internet.
  2. You can use the Chrome browser that is preinstalled or download another browser from the Play Store.

MULTIMEDIA

Connecting to an External Device

  1. Insert a micro SD card or U-disk to the correct slot and go to Quick Settings;
  2. Tap to set up;

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • The device doesn’t power on
    • Reboot your device after charging for 30minutes;
    • Press the power button to see if the device is in Sleep Mode;
    • Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to turn off the device, then reboot it;
  • The device doesn’t charge
    • Charge the device for at least 30 minutes, in case the battery was completely drained;
    • Make sure the charging cable is properly plugged into the charging port;
  • Error message occurs during operation
    • Uninstall the app displaying the error message,then download and install again;
  • The device cannot connect to the Wi-Fi
    • Make sure the Wi-Fi on your device is ON;
    • Make sure you input the correct password;
    • Reboot the router;
    • Make sure there is no filter setting or device connection limitation in the settings of the router;
    • Forget the current Wi-Fi, reset the router and connect to the network again.
  • The storage space of the device is not enough
    • Delete the apps you don’t use;
    • Clear the app cache regularly;
    • Insert a micro SD card to expand the storage.
