PREPARATION FOR USE
Remove all the packing material and take out the accessories. Remove all possible adhesion foils, stick-on labels or paper from the appliance. Before the first use, wash the parts that will be in contact with food in hot water with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water and wipe it dry. Charge the appliance fully before first use (see. section V. STORING AND CHARGING THE PROPULSION UNIT). Make sure the appliance is fully charged when using it every time (after unplugging the charging adaptor, the indicator will light up at the “MAX” level when the appliance is on. If the indicator flashes at the “MIN” level, the battery is almost empty and needs to be recharged.
The appliance is equipped with a safety button (A1) which needs to be held down during operation. Otherwise, the appliance will not operate (we recommend holding the safety button with one finger and holding the A2 button to put the appliance into operation with another finger.
Mounting and removal of the mixing adapter
- Slide mixing adapter B to drive unit A, then fix it by turning it (Fig. 2). Remove the adapter in the opposite direction.
USING ACCESSORIES
Please consider the following tips for preparing food as examples and inspiration, the purpose of which is not to provide instructions, but to show various possibilities of preparing food. The times of food preparation (processing) are only approximate and they range from seconds to minutes. Choose the amount of processed food so that the maximum volume of the containers marked with the gauge line is not exceeded. A bigger amount of processed food has to be divided into several doses and the volume of the containers has to be checked regularly.
We recommend stopping work from time to time, switching off the appliance, and removing possible food that was stuck onto the mixing/whisking adapter, the sickle-shaped knife, the containers, or the lid (see par. I. SAFETY WARNING).
Mixing adapter (B)
- Be careful, knife edges are very sharp! The mixer is intended for mixing juices, milkshakes, milk, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, children‘s and dietary food, making purée, etc.
ATTENTION: The maximum time of processing is 1 minute. Then wait for 10 – 15 minutes, which is necessary for the drive unit to cool down.
Hold stick mixer A in your hand and put mixing adapter B into container C filled with food. By pushing switch A2 you will start the drive unit. When working, move the mixer in the container to process the food thoroughly. Food is processed in about 10 seconds to 1 minute. After finishing work, release the switch, remove the adapter from the container and clean it.
Recommendation
- It is recommended to cut tough ingredients into small pieces. Do not process very hard materials (e.g. ice cubes, etc.). The knife would be blunt soon.
- Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water before processing.
- The longer you process the food with the mixer, the smoother the result will be.
- In the case of liquids that create foam (e.g. milk), never fill container C up to the „MAX“gauge mark to prevent overflowing.
- If you are not satisfied with the result, switch off the appliance, mix the ingredients with a spatula, take some part of the ingredients or add a little liquid.
Amount of the food and processing times
STORING AND CHARGING THE PROPULSION UNIT
- If the indicator starts flashing at the “MIN” level during operation, turn the appliance off.
- Remove the blending attachment and place it into the charging attachment. The blending attachment may be placed in the stand as well but only in a compartment that is not intended for charging the appliance. (pic. 3)
- Plug in the charging connector into the charging socket that is placed in the charging attachment. Then plug the charging adaptor into an el. outlet. The charging indicator will flash. The appliance is equipped with 3 LED indicators. If all three are lid (up to the MAX level), the appliance is charged and ready for use.
- Charging of the battery takes approx. 2 hours. Battery capacity is about 15 minutes.
- After the appliance is charged, unplug the charging adaptor from the el. outlet and the charging attachment. Leave the appliance in the charging attachment that also serves for storing or take it out of the charging attachment and assemble it and use it as desired.
MAINTENANCE
Do not use rough and aggressive detergents!
Clean drive unit A with a soft and wet cloth with a little detergent. Make sure that water does not get inside the appliance! Wash the accessories in hot water with detergent right after use, rinse it in clean water and wipe it till dry (you can also wash accessories C in a dishwasher – but not mixer B). The end piece with the shaft of mixer B must not be immersed during cleaning. Be very careful when cleaning mixing adapter B. Make sure that the cutting edges of the accessories are not in contact with hard objects that make them blunt and thus they reduce their effectiveness.
Some food can color the accessories in some way. But this does not affect the function of the appliance and it is not a reason for a claim. This coloring usually disappears after some time. Never dry plastic moldings over a heat source (e.g. heater, electric/gas stove). Store the appliance after cleaning at a dry, dustfree and safe place, out of reach of children and incapacitated people.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
If the dimensions allow, there are labels of materials used for the production of packing, components, and accessories as well as their recycling on all parts. The symbols specified on the product or in the accompanying documentation mean that the used electrical or electronic products must not be disposed of together with municipal waste. More extensive maintenance or maintenance requiring intervention in the inner parts of the appliance must be carried out by professional service! Failure to comply with the instructions of the manufacturer will lead to the expiration of the right to guarantee repair!
