SPE 2020 GT500 Fuel Rail instructions

1. Remove the components below for gaining access to remove the factory fuel rails.

2. Remove the plastic cowl panel and shock tower brace.

3. Remove the vacuum hoses to allow for better access to the rails.

4. Move the coolant hoses, they do not need to be disconnected.

5. Remove the plastic guides above the fuel rails. The driver side plastic rail will need to be modified before reinstalling.

6. Remove the factory fuel rails and hoses.

7. Install the Y manifold adapter on to the factory fuel line by the firewall. Use the
   C retainer and bolt to secure.

8. Install your injectors into the fuel rails. Place the fuel rails on the blower with the hoses loosely attached to them. Then attach the hoses to the fuel Y once routed correctly. Driver side hose has two 90 degree hose ends. Passenger side hose will have the 45 hose end facing the Y adapter with the 90 hose end on the rail. Tighten all bolts and hoses. Install fuel pressure sensor.

9. Cut/modify the plastic hose guide rail for the driver side as shown

10. Route hoses as shown below. Reassembly is the reverse of removal for the rest of the components
