BLUEWEAR-016556-Hi-Vis-Trousers-PRODUCT

The selection and use of Hi-Vis garments should be based on a risk assessment of the prevailing conditions. When used, the garment must be of the correct size and must fit tightly in the right way, and it must be clean, undamaged and free from defects that can affect the characteristic properties of the garment. The garment must NOT be covered by any other garment or product. The effectiveness of the protective garment is impaired if it is dirty. The use of Hi-Vis garments does not guarantee that the wearer will be visible under all circumstances. This garment does not provide protection against chemicals, extreme temperatures, fire, cold, electricity or in other hazardous situations. A combination of protective clothing can deliver a higher safety class. This higher safety class, where applicable, is specified in the garment’s CE marking. If a maximum number of washes is specified in the washing instructions, this only refers to the fluorescent and reflective properties. The garment’s service life is affected not only by the specified maximum number of wash cycles, but also by factors such as usage, care, storage, etc. If a maximum number of washes is NOT specified in the washing instructions, the material has been tested after 5 washes. The protective clothing must be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area. The garment must only be repaired with fabric and thread that comply with the requirements for the garment standard. Do not repair the garment yourself. The Hi-Vis garment must be discarded iffaded, worn or deformed. Follow local regulations for disposal. See label in garment for care instructions. Classification according to EN ISO 20471 :2013+A1 :2016, EN ISO 13688:2013.
