INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Items Included in the Kit
- Roll Bar Mounts (1.5” 1.75” 2”)
- 7” Quad Screen Monitor with DVR
- IR Remote
- Monitor Sun Shade
- Front Camera W/Extension cable
- Rear Infrared Camera W/Extension cable
- SUTV-1040 Miscellaneous Parts Packag
Tools & Supplies Needed
- Plastic Trim Removal Tool
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Center Punch/Scribe Tool
- Power Drill
- 1/2” Drill Bit
- Wire Ties
- Soldering Iron & Solder (Recommended)
- Tape or Heat Shrink Electrical Tubing
Safety Precautions
- Work in well ventilated area that is clear of obstructions.
- Secure vehicle with tire chucks in both front and rear of tires.
- Turn vehicle accessories OFF and ensure ignition key is in OFF position.
- Wear safety goggles and snug fitting clothes.
- Use tools only for their intended purpose and which are in good repair.
- Only perform this task if confidence, skill, and physical ability permit.

Rear Camera Installation
- Remove the 4 Allen screws that are located on the sides of the camera. Then remove the camera mounting bracket and visor.
- Find an appropriate place to mount the backup camera. Line up the foot bracket to ensure that there is enough space to attach the camera to the body.
- Attach the mounting foot using either self-tapping screws or a bolt and nut.
- Use a 1” hole saw to drill a hole for the camera harness.
- Then feed the harness through the drilled hole, fit the grommet to the inside of the hole.
- Reattach camera and visor to the mounting bracket. Make sure the camera is oriented UP by seeing the light sensor on the right side of the camera when looking at it.
- Route the camera harness to the front of the vehicle where the display is located.
- Connect the 4-pin to RCA cable to the end of the harness at the display end.
- Connect the RED to 12-volt accessory
- Connect the BLACK to ground.
- The YELLOW RCA is video output.
- The WHITE RCA is audio output.
- The BLACK connector if for the power plug.
- To turn off the guidelines connect the white wire loop on the camera harness.
Monitor Installation
- Choose the proper size roll bar mounting ring. Then use supplied foam and apply to the inner ring of the bracket.
- Place mounting ring on desired location. A fair amount of force might be necessary.
- Attach the neck of the mounting bracket to the mounting ring, and tighten cross bolt.
- Using the supplied hardware, follow this illustration for the ideal mounting position.
- Slide the monitor onto the square nuts. Tighten to secure the mounting to the vehicle.
Vehicle Wiring: When wiring the kit on some applications there might not be access to some of the trigger wires. (Left, Right turn signals, Reverse, etc.) When trigger wires are not available use toggle switch to trigger input. Trigger wires are only needed for auto switching inputs. Can Manual switch video inputs on monitor.
Rear Camera wiring: Camera needs 12-volt accessory power and Chassis ground from a clean non-painted surface. Also needs the composite video output cable ran to Video inputs on monitor. (1-3). Can be hooked up to desired orientation on video screen. All outside connections please use supplied heat shrink as to not VOID WARRANTY.
