Charge
Before first use, please put the headphones back into the charging case and close them. Use the charging cable included in the packaging of this product to connect to the power supply for charging (please use a charger with a rated output voltage of SV and a rated output current of 1A or a computer USB port to charge the device)The LED of the charging case flashes during the charging process, and it stays on for a long time after being fully charged. The charging of headphones must be done by closing the cover. During the charging process, the charging case LED remains on, and when the light goes off, it indicates that the headphones are fully charged.
Power on
Opening the charging case cover will automatically turn on the headphones
Shut down
Put the headphones into the charging case and cover the case cover

Connect smart devices

A:Dual headphone mode

  1. Take out the earphones from the charging case and the green light will flash quickly. The left and right earphones will enter automatic pairing. After successful pairing, the green light in the main ear will flash ance per second, and the green light in the auxiliary ear will flash once every 4 seconds (both ears will beep at the same time), indicating that the earphones have entered pairing mode with the smart device;
  2. Open the Bluetooth list of the smart device, search for and connect the headphone named “J215”. After successful pairing, the left and right headphone lights will not flash.

B:Single Earphone Mode
When using with one ear, please remove the left or right earphones from the charging case and follow the “dual earphone made to connect to the smart device” process to complete the connection and use.
C:Automatic reconnection

  1. Remove the headphones from the charging case and they will automatically reconnect to the last successfully connected device.
  2. When the headphones are disconnected from the device beyond the effective distance, they will automatically reconnect within 3 minutes of returning to the effective distance.

TWS pairing connection of left and right earphones
When the headphones leave the factory, they have already completed TWS pairing, and under normal circumstances, there is no need to pair them again;When the left and right earphones cannot be paired and need to be paired again, please turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and follow the following ste ps:

  1. Please put both the left and right earphones into the charging case and cover the case to charge for S seconds
  2. Open the charging case cover and the green light on the left and right earphones will flash quickly
  3. After TWS pairing is completed, the main ear green light flashes once per second and the auxiliary ear green light flashes once every 4 seconds

Music playback mode
play/pause : Click on touch points
Please operate the up/down song and volume control on a smart device
Incoming call mode
Answer/hang up : Double click on touch points
Reject incoming calls : Long press the touch point for two seconds

General problem-solving methods:

A:Bluetooth earphones cannot listen to music
Try entering Bluetooth settings to view phone audio and media
Is there a check mark on the audio? If not, please check again
B:The other party cannot hear the sound during the call

  1. Try listening on your own WeChat to see if you can hear your voice. as It can be heard that there is a problem with the earphone connection.
    You can try reconnecting the phone or checking the audio again to restart the Bluetooth of the phone.

  2. Put the headphones into the charging case and charge them before connecting the phone

C:The earphones cannot be charged

  1. If there is sweat or dirt on the surface of the charging needle of the earphone or charging case, please use a clean and soft cloth dipped in a small amount of alcohol to wipe it clean for good fusion.
  2. The silicone sleeve of the earphones is positioned too far, causing poor fusion.
  3. Check if the charging case has power, otherwise please charge it.
